Lovely hotel suited for couples
The reception staff have been incredibly welcoming, restaurant staff chatty and informative, spa staff, talented. The hotel itself is just beautiful, the rooms are absolutely perfect.
I wanted to share a few quick thoughts from our stay. We noticed Happy Hour is currently 12-2 PM, but since most guests are out exploring then, shifting it to something like 2-5 PM might be a hit for those returning to relax!
Breakfast was a set menu with limited buffet on offer, with one cup of tea or coffee. Also, we were a bit surprised by the extra charge for almond milk at breakfast; since so many people have dietary preferences now, it would be a lovely touch if alternative milks were included especially since cereal is in offer for breakfast.
The pool isnt easily accessilble for those with mobility issues or young children, steep drive and steps. Overall i would say young familtes would find this hotel challenging.
Its a good 10 mins from the town, either need taxi or to use their shuttle service (4 times a day).

Lovely hotel
This is a lovely hotel set in lush forest surroundings. I stayed with my family including three youngish kids. While it's not a kid focussed resort, we had a great few days and loved how relaxing it was. The service was excellent with everyone very friendly. Property maintained to a high level. Beautiful pool. Excellent breakfast. About 20-40 mins to Ubud depending on traffic.

Perfect
Tv channels were disappointing. Pretty much all foreign news.
Smoking area should be moved away from the reception entrance.
Buffet breakfast would be preferred.
