Upon exiting our transfer vehicle our experience started on a high.
The level of service was amazing
Check in was flawless
Our bags were delivered to our room before we finished our orientation of the room
Staff were exceptional both on a professional basis and as our stay progressed became very personal with everyone greeting us by name and to a point of knowing what we wanted before having to ask
The room attendants were very professional and exceptional with their work and cleanliness
Our room (3 bedroom villa) was amazing. Complete with our own private plunge pool.
Very spacious clean and with air-conditioning in every room (even the master bathroom) we were very comfortable.
The beds were very comfortable and with a pillow menu that doesn't disappoint we didn't need for anything.
The restaurant was beautiful with views of the ocean and the surrounding coastline and mountains
The food was fantastic (my daughter ordered the pasta bologinaise 4 times) from the wagyu fillet (cooked perfectly every time) to the pasta and pizzas, seafood (so fresh) nothing was a problem for them.
Room service was delivered hot, fresh and with a smile every time
Complimentary breakfast every morning with great coffee and a great selection of options to suit all tastes
I will definitely be returning again and again

Absolutely stunning villas and hotel amenities
We could not believe how amazing the 3 bedroom villa is, if you only need 2 bedrooms they just lock one of the doors. The space is next level and the quality of the build is so good. It has your own little pool and heaps of chillout areas, including huge decks on both floors. Then you have the hotel benefits on top of that which is gym, pilates, co-working room, great food at the reastuarant, bar out the front and of course the beautiful rooftop pool which has heaps of cool sections and stunning views.
