Fantastic stay
Rendezvous was just what we were hoping for. Initially had an issue with the room, but that was quickly resolved (room change and upgrade).
Spa and Sauna was fantastic, especially after long days on the slopes.
Will definitely be back.....highly recommend!

A Beautiful Hotel that caters to everyone
A great hotel, I was a little concerned about the location of The Heritage being just out of town but it's a lovely walk-albeit a little tough coming back. Staff are lovely and were able to help out when dining in the restaurant was not an option. Great new sauna with a spa and pool although still too cool to swim in - but some did. Gorgeous open fires all around the common areas. Rooms were very well appointed and comfortable.

Great place to stay
From the moment I arrived to the day I left, the staff, facilities, food and accommodation were excellent. I highly recommend people to stay at Heritage Resort at Queenstown.
