The menu derives from seasonal local produce and dining is available for breakfast, dinner or brunch (available on Saturdays). Seasonal buffets are also available on selected evenings.
Amici: A traditional Italian restaurant is the perfect setting for a family meal whilst enjoying Italian inspired cuisine. The restaurants central hearth bake oven produces the most amazing wood-fired pizza and freshly stone-baked focaaccia. A welcomed rustic atmosphere where tradition meets simplicity.
Bamboo: Fine Asian cuisine set in the mist of an oriental garden with the option to dine outdoors. Bamboo is an island favourite creating a memorable dining experience.
Aquazure: Located on the beachfront with spectacular views of the Coral Sea in an open-air design and offering a family friendly menu. Aquazure combines the lively open bar with indoor-outdoor dining extending out to nearby cabanas, daybeds and sun lounges making this a popular choice for guests at Hayman Island.
The Chef's Table: An interactive gourmet dining experience to remember at Hayman Island. Partnering with Perrier Jouet Champagne, The Chef's table invites guests dine backstage in the heart of the Main Kitchen and indulge in a six-course dinner combined with complimenting wines. The Executive Chef with share with you various food concepts and themes as well as answering any questions throughout the evening.
On the Rocks: A sophisticated poolside bar & restaurant with an amazing backdrop of the Coral Sea and Whitsunday Islands.
Bar Fifty: The perfect place to relax and unwind at the end of the day. Located in the heart of the resort with stylish indoor and outdoor lounge areas. The name derived in honour of the year 1950 when the opening of the original Royal Hayman Hotel opened on the Island.
Spa: This luxury day spa is recognised as a premier spa destination and offers an exclusive selection of beauty and wellbeing treatments able to be personally tailored to your needs. There are 13 separate treatment rooms including a wet treatment room, garden view therapy room, relaxation lounges, medication suite, hydrotherapy area, saunas, steam rooms and a state-of-the-art hair salon with makeup and retail also available.
Kids Club: Open daily from 9am - 6pm, children aged 4 - 11 years enjoy a great range of games, activities, arts and crafts, dancing and yoga. Charges may apply for certain activities and excursions. Children under 4 may attend however they must be supervised by a babysitter or parent.
Babysitting: Hayman Island also offers an in room babysitting service for both babies and toddlers (fees apply).
Hayman Island's breathtaking scenery is ideal for tropical wedding ceremonies whether you prefer to exchange vows on the beach or more traditionally in the Stella Maris Chapel high above the crystal waters. Hayman offers a number of wedding packages with ceremonies available at 11.00am, 1.00pm or 3.00pm. There is an additional fee if guests choose to have a sunset ceremony as the celebrant will need to stay overnight on the island.
