Plantation Island is a beautiful place to visit and so relaxing do as much or as little as you want. Its a good size island. Beautiful walks from Lomani end of the island to Musket Cove. They have only been open since April 2022 because of the pandemic so they are not quite there yet, the food and service was better prior but that did not impact us too much, we where just happy to be there again. Thank you to the beautiful staff a Very Special Thanks to Ravindrau your amazing ..... and hope to meet up with you again next time.....Vinaka !
We stayed in 2 of the new hotel rooms which are located right on the water front with our 4 children (2 x 8 year olds 2 x 11 year olds). Despite being concerned that we didn't have a bure which is more suited to families it worked out well as our kids were just about old enough to be in the same room without adult supervision.
Rooms were great, clean, well equipment and styled in nice modern décor. they have a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. We had an absolutely fantastic time - the resort had so much to keep the kids entertained and the environment felt very safe and secure. The kids club was a bit young for our kids - but they loved the evening entertainment. We did a few snorkelling and 1/2 day trips to the reef or other islands which were fantastic value and really enjoyable. The water sports were fantastic and I really cannot complain about how easy it was to have a relaxed family holiday in an idyllic setting. I would absolutely recommend and would go again.
There is a new pool area at the Tavola restaurant which has an infinity style pool which is great to watch the sunsets and is very nice. The other pool areas are a little dated so we didn't spend much time there (we didn't need to with the waterfront being right on our doorstep and the inflatable water park in the ocean which our kids loved)
Food was fantastic value - certainly not super high quality but pretty good and I was surprised at how good it was when the kdis were eating for free. Our family enjoyed the buffet and there was great variety in the evenings. Our kids loved it.
All in all a fantastic holiday. Thanks Plantation Island.

We are long-time returning customers and obviously love Plantation and everything it has to offer. A few comments as follows.
Positives:
- The buffet dinners at Copra were amazing, definitely an improvement in food quality since previous visits
- Service is amazing as always
- The Chef at Copra cooked us a fresh fish that we caught which was amazing!!
- snorkelling tours were incredible
Negatives:
- Very disappointing that you cannot ride bikes down through Musket Cove to make use of the facilities down there.
- Very disappointing that you cannot sail the Hobie Cats outside the enclosed area anymore
- Upgrades required to the deckchair areas at the main beach in front of activities bure, there's never enough deck chairs
