Always great to visit Mana Island again!

We have had three visits to Mana in twenty years and really still enjoy the island and its people.
the resort needs a makeover as some of the accommodation is looking old and worn. We stayed in the Ocean view rooms which were comfortable and fairly clean. The building is showing its age.
We felt that the Fijian cultural activities we had seen in the past were not there now. As an example there was no invitation to the unearthing of the Volu before the meal. Only once did we see the lighting of the fire lamps and drums each evening at sunset. Not a major thing but it adds to the experience.
Mana Is Resort is still a great place to visit and we will return another time.
