Revisiting mana island after 18 years was a wonderful experience. The staff, food and facilities were fantastic. We dinned at south beach restaurant which provided a beautiful 3 course dinner that was to die for. The only recommendation I would have is a softer mattresses in the Bure’s. We will be back. Vinaka!
Mana Island, crystal clear turquoise waters you can see coloured fish just looking through the surface when on a kayak, beautiful white coloured sands. Tropical plants, fragrant frangipani, hibiscus, lots of honey eaters, and butterfly's. A sumptuous buffet with a variety of foods, my husband loved the fresh cooked fish to your liking. My son Edmund enjoyed getting around on a bike we hired for him and visiting the gym. Ruth who is 8, enjoyed kids club but also loved being with the family swimming and exploring. My daughter Hannah 17yrs loved relaxing and reading a book, she also enjoyed snorkelling and seeing a huge variety of coloured fish.
I really enjoyed the walk along Sunset beach and finding coral and shells.
Although the lounges in The interconnecting rooms looked a bit worn, everything was comfortable and spacious and we loved the outdoor shower. The Staff were a friendly respectful people who made us feel welcome.
I love this place. I would go again tomorrow. My eyes actually watered as the staff waved and sung me goodbye. The Fijian people are the best people in the world. 5 different places to eat, buffet brekkie was my favourite. Snorkelling could be done from the beach and there was much to see. Not a big night life scene but that’s not us so no issue but may be useful to others. Kids enjoyed the Kids Club.
