Competition Terms & Conditions

This TravelOnline Promotion is offered subject to the terms and conditions set out below "Terms and Conditions".

The promotion is run by TravelOnline Pty Ltd at Springwood Plaza Chambers, Suite 18, Level 1, 3-15 Dennis Rd, Springwood, Qld, Australia, 4127.

Who can enter?
Entry is only available to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or older.

Employees, officers and contractors (and their Immediate Families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible.

How to Enter

1.Entrants must sign up to the TravelOnline.com newsletter and remain a subscriber at the time of the prize draw.
2.Entrants must complete the online entry form found on the TravelOnline.com competition page and fill in all required fields.
3.The promotion starts at 9:00am on Wednesday 1 April 2026.
4.The promotion ends at 11:59pm on Tuesday 30 June 2026.
5.The winner will be drawn on Wednesday 1 July 2026.

The Prize

The prize is a Travel Package for 2 adults and consists only of the following:

Return economy airfares for 2 adults to Vanuatu (maximum of $1,200 AUD Per Person)
7 nights in a Premium Overwater Fare at Iririki Island Resort & Spa, Vanuatu.
Full Board Meal Plan for 2 adults. Consisting of Buffet Breakfast Daily, Lunch/Dinner Daily for 2: 1 course Lunch and 2 course Dinner (buffet dinner on buffet nights, a la carte on non-buffet nights).
Return transfers for 2 adults.
Sunset Cruise for 2 adults.
Full Day Pele Island Tour for 2 adults.
River Kayak for 2 adults.
Round Island Tour for 2 adults.
AU$500 Resort Credit.

Terms and Conditions

There is one Travel Package to be won during the competition period.

The total Travel Package retail prize value is up to $10,000 AUD.

The Travel Package is offered by TravelOnline Pty Ltd ("TravelOnline").

The Travel Package is available for use only by Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

The Travel Package cannot be redeemed or exchanged for any other form of travel services or cash.

This is a single use Travel Package. Any unused portion of the package is forfeited and is not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit.

Following the prize draw, the winner will be notified in writing within 7 days using the contact details provided by the entrant. The winning entrant has 48 hours from the time and date of the notification being sent to respond, provide proof of eligibility and claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed within that timeframe, the winner will forfeit all claim to the prize.

Return airfares included in this competition are in Economy Class and include one checked bag per person. Flights are from any Australian capital city to Vanuatu, up to a total airfare allowance of $2,400 AUD, being a maximum of $1,200 AUD per person. The winner is responsible for any airfare cost above this allowance. Any unused airfare value will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Flights will be direct where available. If a stopover is required or requested due to the winner's selected travel dates or flight preferences, any associated accommodation or additional expenses will be the responsibility of the winner. Airfares cannot be upgraded unless the winner covers the full cost of the upgrade.

The Travel Package is only valid for travel from 21 July 2026 to 25 March 2027 subject to supplier availability. Travel must be completed by the final travel date. Known blockout dates from supplier are 19 September 2026 to 11 October 2026, 23 November 2026 to 7th December 2026 and 19 December 2026 to 10 January 2027.

The redemption date is 31 July 2026. The Travel Package must be booked no later than the redemption date advised by TravelOnline, otherwise the prize will be forfeited in full.

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking, cannot be combined with any live specials or tactical campaigns in market, and are subject to all applicable booking terms and conditions of the accommodation supplier, airlines, tour operators and TravelOnline.

This Travel Package will be deemed fully used once a qualifying booking has been made and confirmed as available. The Travel Package will not be reinstated, refunded or replaced, even if the reservation is cancelled or changed.

Changes or cancellations may incur charges from airlines, hotels or other suppliers. The winner is responsible for paying any such charges, and the Travel Package cannot be applied to any additional costs associated with changes or cancellations requested by the winner.

There is no residual value and no credit will be issued if the booking value is less than the Travel Package value.

To redeem the Travel Package, the winner must contact their TravelOnline consultant and advise that they are redeeming a Travel Package prize.

The Travel Package is not transferable, exchangeable, replaceable or refundable for cash or credit and can only be used as specified.

All taxes, fees, charges and surcharges applicable to the booking, including but not limited to extra person charges, phone charges, parking charges and any other incidental costs, are not included unless expressly stated and must be paid by the winner.

The Travel Package cannot be applied to any miscellaneous fees charged by the hotel, airline or other supplier and incurred by the winner.

These Terms and Conditions are as written and cannot be changed by any representation of any unauthorised person, including employees of TravelOnline.

The Travel Package is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Proof of age and residency may be required to claim the prize and is at the discretion of TravelOnline.

TravelOnline reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice at any stage during the promotion, subject to applicable laws.

Prize winners must comply with all standard booking terms and conditions connected with booking through TravelOnline.com, including TravelOnline's website Terms of Use and any terms and conditions imposed by the accommodation supplier, airline or other travel supplier.

General Terms and Conditions
1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees") and New Zealand. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, TravelOnline Pty Ltd (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

2. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, TravelOnline Pty Ltd (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under TravelOnline Pty Ltd's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by TravelOnline Pty Ltd) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of TravelOnline Pty Ltd; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.

3. TravelOnline Pty Ltd collects claimants'/entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the claimant/entrant may not be able to participate in the promotion. TravelOnline Pty Ltd will not disclose this information to anyone other than contractors who provide services to TravelOnline Pty Ltd for the purposes of conducting this promotion unless compelled or permitted by law. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. As per the relevant Privacy Legislation, a request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Privacy Officer of TravelOnline Pty Ltd.
