This place is outstanding in every way.
Staff are so happy and friendly. The resort is immaculately clean and well maintained.
We only had breakfast included which was amazing, if you could find something to complain about it you would be very hard to please.
The rooms were very comfortable, we had an ocean view and what a lovely view it was.
Overall I would give it an 11/10.

One of the best resorts I have stayed at.
Staff were amazing, so polite and very helpful. Clean rooms and facilities. Pools were relaxing and enjoyable. Buffet breakfast was amazing, so much variety. We will be back for sure. Overall 5 stars to Grand Mirage :-)

We got the all inclusive gold package and we can not fault any service. Everyone who works there were extremely friendly and helpful. The food at all the restaurants were spot on. The only downside I can think of is the resort is in need of a bit of TLC, and to be fare there was work being done. Would be nice to go back at some stage once work is completed.

We had a very relaxing week. All Staff members were so helpful and ways had a smile in their faces. Nothing was too much trouble for them

There is nothing negative to say about The Grand Mirage. Facilities are out of this world, all staff are equally as amazing as each other. The only comment is it is located in the middle of nowhere so it's a matter of either having transport or wanting to rest.

Beautiful experience! Fantastic for family with small children but also great for relaxing and chilling.

Enjoyed our stay at the Grand Mirage. Everything was well catered for and although the rooms are a little dated, they were very clean and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed the various cafes/restaurants in the hotel and the breakfast food options were amazing. The entire staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure your every request was satisfied. Millie in the breakfast dining area was bright, bubbly & very helpful. Sukma at reception was also extremely helpful. Overall, a very relaxing holiday. We would definately stay here again.

Hotel has a lovely, warm feel about it. Plenty of staff, all who are more than happy to do whatever is needed. Would highly recommend especially to families.

So my room was great, the view was amazing! Loved the whole all inclusive because we didn't need to worry about having cash or a card for payment on us. Minibar was restocked every day. Only I didn't drink beer so that was a little disappointing. The service was a little slow and most times food was warm or going cold. Not sure why that was they had plenty of staff. Cocktails at the start were way too strong had to ask for less alcohol or half strength, then they were better. Would I do all inclusive again…yes. Would I stay there again…yes. Did I enjoy my stay…loved it. The kids loved it my grand daughter loved the pool. The staff were great, the baby sitting service was great. I would definitely recommend this for anyone.

The resort facilities were excellent for families with kids. Plenty of activities and lovely pools. The food at the Jukung Restaurant was incredible and so we're the cocktails. We enjoyed the all inclusive menu and was so easy with a group of families. The only downside is the rooms were a little old and modern considerations such a as PowerPoints near beds for phones etc weren't thought of. We would recommend staying in the main area even if you have kids as the family side of the resort was very noisy.

Staff as always look after you.
They remember you which is amazing, considering how many people they see.
All inclusive is definitely the way to go.

Enjoyed our stay at Grand Mirage immensely. Didn't want to leave. Facilities were wonderful. Restaurants and bars offered great variety. Pool and grounds were immaculate. Staff were attentive, friendly and very considerate. Weather was wonderful! Didn't want to leave. Will visit again for sure.

Highly recommend the Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali! The resort has everything you need to enjoy either a relaxing pool / beach-side stay or a busy, sporty vacation. Our group of four ranged in age from 20 to 68, with the amenities catering to all of us - the package-included choices are really good, with some of the others attracting a fee. We booked the Gold All Inclusive package for 5 nights, which included all meals (+ snacks and room service, themed dinners) and almost every drink on the menu as well as a room upgrade. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a balcony overlooking the ocean which was beautiful. I can't fault the menu options in any of the Restaurants, and the food itself is delicious. The resort is well kept with some renovations happening during our stay (end Nov 2022), but it wasn't intrusive. The staff are amazing - friendly, polite, thoughtful and helpful. The beach-side location is fantastic, and while it suited our group, it's a little out of the way from the "vibey" areas such at Kuta and Seminyak. The location also adds extra travel time to any tours you may choose, but having said that, you're not driving anyway, so you can sit back, relax and enjoy! The Thalasso Spa is an added bonus - great value for money, staff are considerate and skilled. There are also free daily activities on offer, such as Yoga, Water Aerobics, Foam Parties and Cooking classes. There is also a games room.
I would recommend going for longer than 5 nights!

Such a lovely hotel, it was our 3rd time there, treated to a lovely welcome back . The staff are wonderful, always a smile and nothing is too much trouble. New Infiniti pool is fabulous, overlooking the wonderful private beach . Looking forward to a return trip soon.

Stayed at this resort in a kids suite, great value for a family of 5, no need to book a second room. Overall good amenities at the resort, multiple pools to choose from, plenty of activities and things to do for the kids. We went to main resort for breakfast as there was a bigger variety available there. Housekeeping was a hit and miss, had to on a few occasions chase up bathroom towels as they didn't leave enough. I would recommended this resort to families who do not want to stay in Kuta. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores outside the resort.

Wonderful and relaxing stay for my wife and myself. The gold all inclusive was excellent although a few more international buffet lunches/dinners would have been exceptional. The weather was perfect, cocktails were flowing, sun was shining and the food was good. I would definitely recommend staying at the Grand Mirage Resort and Thalasso Spa Bali. The all inclusive is the way to go if you just want to relax with no worries and have everything at hand to enjoy. We loved our stay and will definitely going back to Bali.

We spend 5 days in this resort and feel like we are in heaven! Especially we have taken the inclusive package you dont even need to step out of the resort, just enjoy all the free flow of drinks and food in there! To be honest we dont get too high expectations on the food as they are inclusive, give you a thought that the food is in low quality, but instead, we have tried 5 of the restaurants and none of them will disappoint you! Especially the Indonesian restaurant located in the Family side resort (Ibu Kitchen). Food is extremely tasty and especially the service is very attentive! Dont miss out this resort as 100% you will have a great time with your family! Thank you Grand Mirage you have made our first trip to Bali felt so impressed!!!
