Extremely welcoming and accommodating
The staff were all so polite and went out of their way to help you. They would greet you every time you came back to the hotel and the door security will make sure you don't leave anything in gojek cars. The rooftop restaurant had beautiful food and the 24/7 room service was so handy. This trip was the gift that kept on giving I loved my time there

Great staff
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and approachable. Our room was very clean and serviced well. In general I believe the place could do with a bit of cosmetic maintenance but beyond that we loved it.
