Very expensive to eat at the restaurants as the majority are all signature restaurants.

We would def stay here again and highly recommend it 

Never disappoints, excellent service, facilities and food options. Well located for walks. Great place at a reasonable price for a getaway.

Beautiful stay

Our stay was lovely

Amazing room overlooking the magnificent pools and Swan River. Great location, beautiful bed and pillows immaculate and good daily cleaning of room. Breakfast each day included and amazing wide range of choice. Enjoyed our 4 day stay and thanks to our Travel Agent TRAVELONLINE, all went smoothly and to plan making our stay stress free and enjoyable.

Beautiful room. Comfy bed. Lots of dining options with variety of foods and prices. Lovely pool. Excellent service all round.

We usually frequent Crown Metropol 1-2 times a year. Appreciate it us busy season, however, service has dropped. Took over a hour at 4.30 on Sunday to book in. Rooms were not serviced by 5pm on days there and reason was given, short staff. We eventually went with clean towels only.
In fairness you don't need a room to be serviced daily, a supply of clean towels would suffice.
Due to the numbers, especially kids, you cannot secure a seat around the pool at any time of the day. From our stay in December, more seats had been added, but still way under requirements.
Not being too negative, it is a great hotel, close to good walks and good well priced eatries within complex.
I would suggest not going during December/January when kids are on loose, especially now Bali is closed, but if you have an anniversary to celebrate during that time you need to suck it up!!

My daughter and I stay every Christmas for 3 nights for the last 4 years - unfortunately this time round the shower in the room didn't work for first 2 nights - maintenance came on last night to check and after about an hour in my room and calling in extra help they managed to find the issue - but it was disappointing all the same only finally being able to shower on my last night.. I do love it there though

We have stayed at Crown numerous times over the past 30 years and are never been disappointed at what it offers.
Our only criticism and it is very annoying, is the lack of seating around the pool.
Each day it is near impossible to find a seat to sit on.
Perhaps a two hour roster needs to be implemented so everyone can share the brilliant facilities at some stage.
Other than that a brilliant facility well managed.

Only criticism would be why isn't the Metropol outdoor pool heated? Enjoyed relaxing around the pool, but if it was heated it would encourage more people to stay around the pool which would increase food & beverage sales.

An enjoyable few days

This was a last minute deal for my friend and I. We had no problems at allowed asked for a lower floor on checkin and the staff sorted it for us. The room was clean and tidy. We had a great time it was so relaxing the casino and all restaurants were right where we were. Loved it would definitely be back again.

It’s a fantastic hotel. Great place to stay for a few days. A little bit tired at public areas but refurbishment is happening. Overall a 9/10 . Good amazing! Food options fantastic!
A little bit out of the city n would only recommend it someone who doesn’t need to be near the city. Excellent for families with the slides , splash pool and the inside pool. Fabulous service everywhere!

We always love staying at the Metropol. Would love the return of room amenities, bottled water daily, the bathroom lacks in shower caps cotton buds etc.

We stay at crown every Christmas and Didn’t last Christmas due to COVID ect and we started elsewhere.
Unfortunately it was a terrible holiday and none of us had a good time so we decided to stay after Easter and kinds re do Christmas.
We loved every minute of our stay and really struggled to go home. So much so we came home and booked 5 nights at Christmas this year

Some restaurants are not accessible to people under 18. Otherwise a great place to stay

As a group we hired out the bio pool the service was above and beyond
Well worth what we paid for it ,

the stay in general was amazing, we had a room with a view of the pool and city.. the only issue we had was that the room needs maintenance.. there was no hot water in the shower, the fridge was not cooling.. but i must say that the staff were prompt at helping us fix the fridge within a couple of hours..

We stayed at crown metropol for three nights for my husbands birthday with another family. Overall our stay was good, comfortable rooms and wonderful pool area with varied dining experiences for all. My only criticism would be that the rooms we stayed in which were luxe view twin rooms, the bed heads were rather dirty and scratched up, the rooms are in need of a revamp in my opinion.

Clean rooms, big bath, nice pool area loved every moment.

Great times - loved hotel - relaxing by the pool - service was great - even River took time and gave us lovely service by the pool she went above and beyond to help and be nice.
Disappointed nice resturants were closed Monday and Tuesday ..we stayed 3 nights ftom Sunday .

We enjoyed a stress and hassle free time during our stay. Some people at "check-in" time were held up for a lengthy period of time but ours was a breeze - straight in. I highly recommend hiring a day bed at the pool.

Absolutely amazing!

We had an absolute amazing experience. We were offered an upgrade (at an extra cost) but it was the best thing we ever did. Amazing views, massive extravagant room, staff were awesome and everything was more than we ever expected. Will definitely stay again!

Could not get into our room until 40 mins after 3pm in, However we were upgraded to a better room so this made up for the wait. Pool was also packed on the Friday and Saturday to the point where we couldn’t get a lounge chair and left. Maybe because of school holidays? Food at the pool was also going to be an hour wait... for fried food. The food people didn’t look very organised. Great meals at Nobu and Rockpool. Couldn’t get a window seat at Nobu even though I booked a week or so in advance so would book earlier next time. Lovely staff that we came across in the stay.

The ONLY issue we had was the sunshades around the pool they are for cosmetic/photographic purposes, they are not large enough to keep you in the shade. Sun screan is a MUST if you sit around the pool.

I always book Metropol through Travelonline, I get to stay at a lovely resort and extremely reasonable prices. It is fantastic value.

We have stayed at the Crown Metropol several times and had a fantastic stay every time. They even provided complimentary bubbly and chocolate for my son's 18th birthday stay.

We had a lovely stay. Staff and service were awesome and friendly. Can’t wait to go back again.

My friend comes up from the country to go to shows & we love to stay here for the night & catch up over dinner & a few drinks before & after the show.

It was a great week-end always so much to do and so easy to meet friends and family

Great stay, walking over to the optus stadium on a very cold night was comfortable as there is plenty of light a good pathway and we were very warm by the time we arrived there.

Our stay was great at the Metropol and made even better by the attentive friendly staff from check-in to the pool area guys who went out of there way to ensure our stay was a memorable one with all our family.

The resort had everything you needed, entertainment,dining, pool area has plenty pf shade and suitable for every member of the family. Was a very enjoyable weekend.

Had a lovely stay, the room was big, clean and comfortable. Even though the hotel was very busy, the room was quiet and I slept like a log. Breakfast was amazing!!!

Fantastic stay

Had difficulty arranging somewhere for lunch with 2 family members coeliac.

Excellent accommodation and service. Only a short stay this time but still impressed with the overall service.

Need a break...some down time...feel pampered then this is a Great venue to get away and feel like you are away on a pampered holiday even for 1 night stay or how long you want.

We had a truly wonderful experience which started when the lady on reception upgraded us to a deluxe spa bath room, with views and sent up a bottle of champagne and chocolate for my wife's birthday. The room was great, view stunning and service outstanding. The price was very good and breakfast even better. The only slight downer was the fish was over cooked in the Junction Bar and I had to leave it. Thank you for a wonderful short stay, we will be back.

Great pool area and beds were very comfortable. Tub was an added bonus. Very friendly service.

Our stay at Crown Metropol at Burswood was lovely. The room was so nice with all the marble finishings in bathroom. The shower was a little small. The only other thing is the view of the carpark. I know it was a good price room but didn't think we would be looking out at the carpark. The bed in the room was so lovely and comfortable and had the best sleep ever. The sheets on the bed were lovely and white, crisp. I always check the sheets in hotel rooms. There were no stains, nothing on there. Very nice. We absolutely loved our stay at Crown Metropol and would stay again but would probably choose a better view. Thank you kindly.

Would be even better with more affordable family friendly restaurants such as 88 noodle bar & car very accessible to kids.

We enjoyed our stay at crown metropol however we couldn’t book into restaurants they were heavily booked. We arrived early, booked in and was meant to get a message for when our room was ready but they entered my mobile number incorrectly. Never got into our room till 4:30 other than that it was a lovely stay.

OMG, from when we arrived the service was impeccable even though this was a few days before Christmas & it was extremely busy. We could see that every person was getting treated as if they were the most important one there. The room was amazing & we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary Champagne & Chocolates to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with so, so many choices, probably more than one could imagine. Once again, thanks to Crowne for treating us to a memorable weekend! We thoroughly recommend!

An awesome hotel for families because the pool area was very much geared to children with no adults only area available (stay at Crown Towers if you want that). The breakfast was great and the room was really nice, clean and comfortable. Very good value for money.

All the staff at Crown went out of their way to give us a marvellous experience. We also received a complimentary room upgrade which was a fantastic surprise. THANK YOU Crown Metropol.

Crown Metropol was a great hotel luxurious and clean plenty of places to eat.

Lovely room with a view of the Swan river, city and Optus Stadium.
There were noisy guests on both sides of our room but others had made a complaint to staff and the noisy occupants were asked to leave.
The following morning after a largely varied buffet breakfast, we asked for a complimentary extension of our 11am check out. This was granted without issue. Upon leaving, we mentioned the inconvenience of our noisy neighbours. The duty manager offered his apologies and has offered a free upgrade and late checkout When next we book to stay. We will be staying again. I like that the property has so much to offer under the one roof.

from the moment the concierge took our cars to park we had a great experience .The SPA was amazing and although expensive - fantastic value for money as we spent all afternoon there and felt like royalty. Room was lovely with huge bath ,big TV, ALL amenities and staff were great .Glad we got to the best breakfast spread I have ever seen early as there was quite a queue up when we left. Not cheap but Brilliant !

From start to finish everything was perfect. The service we received in Modo Mio was exceptional our first time dining there will definitely recommend

Very disappointed in my stay there was no hot water as people doing maintenance work had turn the water off to some of the rooms also was told I would have a box of chocolates as it was my birthday nothing happened and mini bar had no snacks in it
