The staff at hotel are helpful and friendly. The only negative is the breakfast. All hot dishes are cold and mostly catered for Asian tastes only two fruits every
morning when the tropical selection is in stalls every day

Secured beautiful clean resort, a number of pools to choose from.. families, couples, etc.. very friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet. Walking distance to Beautiful Karon Beach and restaurants and Karon Market.. 15/20 minutes from Patong Beach. Highly recommend

Thoroughly enjoyable. Compliments to the Manager for extending our room departure time on our last day. Couldn't fault anything.

Absolutely loved Phuket and the location of this resort. Staff were all very friendly, close to the beach, lots of restaurants to choose from, markets close by, 15mins to Patong by taxi or tuk tuk although far enough away for us. Loved it!!

We loved the location, lots of little places nearby to eat and drink, walking distance market with souvenirs and local food, clean and nice massages places with a good value for money, transfer man from airport to hotel organised next day meeting with us and we booked through My Phuket Holiday Co LTD representative Kanny 4 tours, all day James Bond Island and all day Phi Phi Island were out favourite, she gave us a bit of discount for booking more then one tour, pick up and drop off on time, we recommend this company, very professional, good boats and programme with good activities, we also had time to relax on nice 2 pools in the resort, we had a great flights connections as well via KL to Phuket and back, we were upgraded from Sino Garden to Serene Wing Deluxe Pool View on 3rd floor, clean and specious room, buffet breakfast was lovely, even the weather was great too, didn't rain much, only few times for a short time and we had a messages when was raining, still beautiful warm around 30 degrees temperature, we loved it our short holiday in this resort, thank you.

My mum bought me here to experience thailand and i must say her choice of hotel was great. The room was lovely and comfortable and we were at the pool which was great. The staff were so happy and friendly too. I found that even though its a quiet resort it was still close enough to all the action as well.

2nd time we have stayed here. The staff are beautiful and so happy to help with anything. We love the peacefulness also beach is across the road. Walking distance to eateries and the temple markets and just a short tuk tuk ride to patong. Love it.

I would recommend this place for everyone. It was far enough away from the rat race to enjoy peacefulness but close enough to go out and do everything. The staff were beautiful and we will be back for sure.

All was more than expected.

Welcoming and friendly staff... good range of options at the buffet breakfast... stayed in the Sino wing...in the deluxe terrace room... good size room with an outdoor private shower...room smelt a little musty if it had been closed up for long periods of time. Wifi was upgraded while we were there which improved it immensely. Loved the location...Would stay again if I return to Phuket.

rooms were very clean and very roomy. Hotel staff friendly, but found it difficult to communicate as their English was very limited - including concierge and front desk staff which I thought was odd.
The only real negative thing about the hotel was the breakfast - there was very limited variety for western food - the Asian selection was good though. Would have been nice to have coffee other than percolated on offer as well.
The restaurants around the hotel were great though, as was the coffee shop (outside, but run by the hotel)
