Coronavirus (COVID-19) Travel Advice & Restriction Updates

With the Governments latest advice to return to Australia ASAP and the closure of borders within our own country, we are assisting customers currently overseas or interstate to return home. We are also assisting customers who were departing in the next 30 days to cancel and amend their plans. As you can imagine we are dealing with unprecedented volumes of calls and emails and we appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to assist you. All inquiries are being prioritised and dealt with ASAP.

If you are currently overseas or interstate and need our assistance to return home:

  • Call us on +617 3804 8411. If our phones are busy and you leave a message, we will call you back as a priority.
  • AND email us at res@travelonline.com
  • In the subject line please write URGENT Currently Overseas or Interstate, your hotel name & location & your surname
  • If you have your booking reference handy please add this information into the email.
  • You will receive our assistance as soon as humanly possible.

If you are yet to travel and have an existing booking you'd like to amend here’s what to do:

  • If you are travelling within the next 30 days, please email us at res@travelonline.com or call us on 1300 883 887 (International +617 3804 8411). If our phones are busy and you leave a message, we will call you back as a priority.
  • If you are travelling after 30 days please email us at res@travelonline.com
  • All emails should have your reference number, surname and departure date in the subject line where possible please.

Our goal is to help you understand your options and amend your plans in light of the recent Government changes to travel advice and restrictions. The overwhelming majority of Airlines, Cruise Companies and Hotels are now providing flexible terms and allowing customers to change dates or retain the value of the booking as a credit to use at a later date. We will assist you to get the best possible outcome given your individual circumstances.

Please rest assured that no matter when you are departing, you are very important to us. As we work through the backlog, we will be progressively contacting all customers who need to amend their plans in departure date order.
