Pullman Bali Legian Beach Reviews

Our third stay at The Pullman did not disappoint. Our comfortable recently updated room overlooking the garden was well appointed and quiet for a peaceful nights sleep. The included breakfast had something to please everyone with both hot and cold selections. The garden pool with its access to the bar and shady trees was the perfect place to chill. The rooftop infinity pool the perfect spot for sunset sips. The hotel staff and friendly and helpful ensuring a comfortable stay. Located within easy walking distance to dining and entertainment venues as well as shops for all manner of items. A step across the road to beach for a swim, surf or sunset relax really makes this the perfect location. 

The Pullman as a whole was wonderful and would stay again however be sure not to get a room adjacent Jln Melasti. Its like the traffic is travelling through the room.
Other than that could not fault it.

Pullman was great overall but a couple of little annoying elements that would be easily fixed. 
1. Pool towels were in short supply. If you arrived at the pool in the afternoon, you often had to wait for fresh towels to be delivered and sometimes it was only 4-5 at a time. Not the end of the world but a bit frustrating. 
2. Hash browns were handed out like they were liquid gold. You had to ask at the egg station for pork bacon and hash browns (which we only worked out about halfway through our holiday) and once the days allocation was done, that was it until the next day. This was sometimes around 9am when breakfast went until 1030am. 
3. No iron and board in room. You could get one on request but I had to ask a few times that it be left in our room for the duration of our stay. 

Not the end of the world but easy for the Pullman to improve on. 

The overall hotel and grounds were lovely and the staff all friendly and accommodating. Rooms a little tired but lovely and clean.

Very central location to Kuta and Seminyak. Rooms were good but showing their age. As it is located on the corner of Pantai Kuta and Melasti Street, the road noise is considerable as they are one-way streets.
Infinity pool was great along with the 11am to 7pm daily Happy Hour!!
Breakfast was good but nothing remarkable.
Staff were very attentive and courteous.
An enjoyable experience overall.

Amazing

Great location, beautiful gardens and lawn area, fantastic breakfast, super comfortable beds. We all slept extremely well. Two pools but the infinity pool is for adults only.

Great Location, close to everything.

Great location on the beachfront, excellent service and nice room, as with most resorts it was nearly impossible to get a sun lounge due to other guests just leaving their towels on the lounges even when they weren't using them, it would be good if resorts implemented policies to stop this happening.

Beautiful experience will come back again

This hotel is very old. Rooms would benefit greatly with refurbishment. Grounds well kept and restful. Service and dining excellent with a great choice of food available for breakfast.

We had a fabulous time. Ayra and staff were great, best breakfast in any hotel I stayed in. Being an accor member certainly made a difference.
The lower pool area needs a little attention .

Very nice resort but needs another cafe type place open for dinner at night rather than just the themed dinners.
Rooms are very tired and could do with some updating.
Enjoyed time at both swimming pools and there is also a children's pool.

This was our second stay at The Pullman The hotel is located near to a myriad of offsite dining options within easy walk however, the on-site restaurant offers tasty meal options at fair and reasonable pricing. The breakfast buffet will set you up for the day featuring sweet to savoury options. Our spacious room, with balcony seating , overlooked the tranquil and pretty garden. The staff are to be highly commended on their friendliness and commitment to their guests care. Two pool areas offer guests the option of a shady garden setting (kids pool also here) or the rooftop infinity pool with sunset views. The beach is just across the road where long walks can be enjoyed.

The staff and service at Pullman was outstanding. The staff always so friendly, accommodating and ready with a smile. Our room was a little dated but had a great view over the beach. We were very central to everything. No complaint at all.

Can't recommend the Pullman Hotel any higher. The staff were all so lovely, polite, helpful and nothing was any trouble for them.

Beautiful hotel , amazing food , very friendly staff who bend over backwards to help ,comfy beds and pillows , safe in room , huge bathrooms , very clean hotel . The best location with the beach across the road and markets and restaurants only 5 min walk could not fault this place one bit we will be back .

Would recommend the Pullman. We had a couple of issues when checking in as we had requested 2 beds and they were only going to give us a king. They then changed our room for us then phoned the room they gave us then upgraded us into a suite. I found they were very accommodating and nothing was a problem. We will be back.

We couldn’t fault this hotel apart from not being able to turn the ac off in the room but we wouldn’t stay here again . We found it to be a huge hotel and a little impersonal and to dine in the hotel was very expensive

Overall had a very good stay. Hotel is big, has great facilities and rooms are beautiful. Fantastic Buffet breakfast however one night we tried the night buffet which was a big mistake - many things not refilled, food added to mismatched signs etc.

For families you will love the pools and kids club and the overall quietness. For younger and couples, you might want a little more atmosphere. This is a big chain hotel which was a little sterile for me - lacking in a Bali feel to it - still absolutely beautiful grounds however hotel could really be anywhere - it's generic in that sense.

Overall it's a good clean and safe hotel.

The Pullman is in a great location. Rooms are comfortable and staff are lovely. Food was average. I had a twin room and they are small single beds that would be my only real criticism.

Recently I stayed at the Pullman Legian with my family to celebrate my 40th birthday. Although there were a few staff members at breakfast that were exceptional at making us feel welcome I must say that we were a little underwhelmed with the service and food overall. One evening we had a buffet Italian dinner at the hotel and the food was scarce and average in quality - although we spoke to the manager at the time there was no huge effort to ensure that the food that was empty on the buffet table was replenished. Overall though the location was pretty good and the rooms were clean and nice.

The resort from the outside is nice and across from the beach.
The room was a bit outdated but had good service.

The pool area was good. The kids club wasn't great and the hotel needs to update the kids playground it was a but run down.

Overall stay was good walkable to restaurants and beach is across the road.

We had a great time in bali at the pullman. Unfortunately our trip was cut short due to plane travel, but pullman kindly upgraded us to make up for the 2nights we missed.
The location was great. Near the beach and everything kuta/seminyak has to offer, without it being at all noisy.
We felt very safe in the pullman and the service was fantastic for anything we wanted.
The gym is also excellent, more than a token tick box. They had a range of weights and equipment. Also the yoga by the rooftop pool in the morning was an excellent way to start the day.
Our only complaint was we didn't like the pillows, really minor compared to all the awesome.

Do not stay in a grand deluxe room. The standard deluxe rooms are much better..great even.....better lay out and much bigger bathrooms. We changed within first hour of arriving.
Breakfast also very average..better on the street. Great location and service.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, gorgeous gardens, clean and spacious rooms and well located in Legian. Enjoyed being able to walk to Kuta without catching taxis and walking across the road to beach foe a swim. Easy access to affordable restaurants and shopping. Day spa lovely but needs maintenance with broken equipment i hydro pool, no hot water in shower on our visit.

Pullman great location in Legian with excellent dinning options and shopping around. Perfect for everybody, families and couples young and old.

We were lucky enough to have a room with the door leading out to grassed area near infinity pool. This room was in a fantastic location. Special mention to the trainee Nancy she was absolutely wonderful, always greeted you everyday with a smile and ready to help a true asset for the Hotel

I loved every moment of my staff at the Pullman. The staff were so friendly and nothing was an issue. The breakfast was amazing, it was like walking into a supermarket. The room was beautiful- I didn't want to leave. will definitely stay there again.

We loved this resort for our final few nights in Bali. The location was perfect only a few steps from Legian Beach and many delicious well priced dining options and shopping. The breakfast was full of variety and lots of options to choose from. The roof top infinity pool at sunset is a must fantastic views and a great relaxed vibe.

Everything about The Pullman Bali Legian was just wonderful. Would love to stay here in the future.
