Please also ensure the name on your e-ticket exactly matches the name on your passport for International travel, or your ID for Domestic travel.


If your holiday package includes flights, you will receive your itinerary and a link to your e-tickets shortly. This email will come from a third party called Viewtrip and may sometimes be directed to your junk mail. Please check your junk mail folder for your flight itinerary.

Travel Insurance

If you have not yet purchased travel insurance, we highly recommend securing comprehensive coverage. In some destinations, travel insurance may be a mandatory entry requirement.

Seat Selection

We suggest booking your preferred seating in advance. Seat selection can be completed through the airline's website.

Passport for International Travel

Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months from your return date to your country of origin. This is a common entry requirement for most international destinations. It is the traveller's responsibility to verify the validity of their passport.
