Getting To Echuca

Located approximately two and a half hours north of Melbourne, getting to Echuca is easy thanks to a great network of well-maintained and clearly signed highways. There are two main routes to Echuca from Melbourne via either the Hume Freeway or Northern Highway. Heading out of the city on the Citylink tollway, enter the Hume Highway and continue on for 50km before merging onto the Northern Highway, following it all the way in to Echuca. There are also a number of daily train and coach services that operate to Echuca Moama. Countrylink operates a train service from Sydney to Albury, with a connecting bus to Echuca while V/Line offers direct train services from Melbourne to Echuca as well as Melbourne and Bendigo train services that connect to a bus service to Echuca.
