Your experienced indigenous guide takes you on a unique journey through the beautiful rainforest, walking along private tracks to culturally significant and sacred sites as well as crossing rainforest streams from above. You'll also learn the traditional uses of plants, how to identify bush tucker, the meaning of cave paintings and ancient dreamtime stories. The walk finishes with a Q&A session with your guide while tea and damper is served.
Back on the bus, you'll head through Mossman as your guide provides commentary on some of the highlights of the northern most sugar town in Australia. Arriving at Daintree Teahouse, you'll enjoy a delicious lunch and then its onto the Daintree River for a wildlife cruise followed by a brief historical tour of Port Douglas.
Departs: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from Cairns, Northern Beaches & Port Douglas

Returns: Port Douglas 4.00 pm & Cairns 5.30 pm
