A great resort in general with super facilities. Our apartment was somewhat outdated and only half renovated. A little disappointing when compared to what the website alluded to.
We enjoyed our stay in a three bed townhouse. The townhouse itself was quite old and tired and not somewhere we wanted to spend much time in, however the pool areas were great for the kids and main bar and pool area was really well presented and great bar staff to bring drinks at the pool. Dinner Dining was really great and we thought the food better than the pubs on the Main Street of Port Douglas. Buffet breakfast was basic but very convenient and good value. Location itself is too far to walk to town and other townhouses are privately owned so it doesn’t feel like a resort but good value for families overall.
hi, stay was great, but there were a few little things which we thought would have made our stay a little more enjoyable. The buffet breakfast, I expected more variety, and I didn't expect the same options every day. would be great if the breakfast options differed daily. Also, asked for someone to assist with a complaint we had with the fridge, as we thought it wasn't freezing, and no-one showed up. The shower heads on both showers were not stable, and kept on falling off its stand. The downstairs shower would benefit with a shower curtain, as too much water sprays on the floor, making the shower mat unnecessarily drenched. Kitchen also would benefit with a chopping board. thankyou
