This hotel was a stand out. The deal with breakfast and dinner made it affordable. The room was very nice and comfortable. Bed was soft, hotel room clean and provides a nautical style. Right in front of beach.

I would describe staying at the Boathouse as being in your own Beachfront mansion .
The property is small so there are not many guests ,it feels like you have the place to yourself. From our beachfront room it was a few steps to the beach ,the pool area ,the dining area and nearby shops and restaurants, which is what I consider perfect.
Welcoming drink was basically anything you wanted from the bar and the GM greets you on arrival.
The staff fuss over you and breakfast was exceptional.
The room was modern and elegant and provided nice freebies including nuts and chocolates.There is also a great expresso machine and free latest release movies in the room as well.
We had a wonderful stay and recommend this property to anyone that enjoys beachfront location.
