The hotel sits in an excellent location, just across the park from the Salamanca markets and is just a few minutes walk down to the waterfront. The only drawback was that the apartment we had, though spacious, had an odd configuration and contained just one small window. To enjoy any views, you needed to press your nose against the glass, otherwise the view was sky. The staff offered information when asked but could have been a little friendlier and provided helpful hints (on topics such as dining, shopping and parking) without being prompted.
