Located on the Sunshine Coast, just 1 hour north of Brisbane is SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast. This multi award winning tourist attraction features 11 different zones, thousands of marine and freshwater animals, numerous daily animal presentations and a chance to experience sharks up close.

SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast gives you the opportunity to explore and interact with different marine life and freshwater animals. Why not touch a Sea Star or Sea Cucumber in the Tidal Touch Pool whist listening to incredible marine life stories or perhaps see the Estuarine Stone fish up close and personal, the world's most venomous fish. As part of a rescue, rehabilitation and release program, SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast is also accommodating some of Australia's recovering sea turtles at Turtle Temple.

A favourite for all ages is Seal Island, an opportunity to watch Australian Sea Lions and Fur Seals & New Zealand Fur Seals at play. Another family favourite is the Finding Dory and Friends - The Experience. For the more adventurous, come face to face with sharks, stingrays and fish in the 80 metre Ocean Walk Through or perhaps have a close diving encounter with Shark Dive Xtreme (booked and payable direct).

Getting There

Car: From Brisbane, drive north along the Bruce Highway. Take the exit just after Aussie World and follow the signs to Mooloolaba.

Bus: Regular bus companies operate daily between Noosa and Caloundra to Mooloolaba.

Train: Queensland Rail operates daily trains from Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast to Landsborough and Nambour stations, with a connecting bus service to Mooloolaba.
