Climb aboard the Adventurer, a 12 metre catamaran and experience this unique sailing tour. The ideal way to be introduced to the spectacular beauty that the Whitsunday Islands offer above and below the water. This tour will see you swimming, sailing, snorkelling the best the World Heritage listed Great Barrier Reef has to offer!

Showcasing the spectacularly unique natural environment of the Whitsundays, your skipper and friendly crew will help you make the most of the views from the expansive deck as you enjoy freshly prepared meals. Marvel at the vibrant marine life and amazing colourful coral gardens that lie just under the crystal clear waters and visit the pristine silica sand of world famous Whitehaven Beach.


Accommodation

Accommodation aboard Adventurer consists of open singles and 3 private doubles.

Multi Share: Dormitory style accommodation with single bunks.

Double Cabin: Private, has a double bed.


Itinerary

The following itinerary is an example of a scheduled cruise. All cruises are subject to weather and tidal conditions and the Captain’s professional judgement in putting together the best itinerary to keep guests happy, safe and well.

Day 1:
Meet at Abel Point Marina at 2:30pm. Adventurer departs at 3:00pm, sail to overnight stop, Nara Inlet on Hook Island. Time to watch the sunset over the islands.

Day 2:
After Breakfast, sail to Hill Inlet, for walk up to lookout. Visit Whitehaven Beach for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding or relaxing, then mid-afternoon sail to Border Island for an amazing Whitsunday Sunset. Time for a relaxing heated spa on the foredeck. Overnight at Border Island.

Day 3:
After breakfast, time to go snorkelling or kayaking on the island coral reefs teeming with fish and beautiful corals. After morning tea its time leave the islands sailing across the Whitsunday Passage back to the marina in Airlie Beach.

Children: This cruise is suitable families.
What to Bring: clothes, towel, toiletries, hat, swimwear, sunscreen, jacket/sweater, camera, sunglasses, runners or sandals for island walks, alcohol and soft drinks. Guests can bring your own alcohol, no glass or red wine please. Soft drinks are sold on board, but guests may bring their own. Guests are asked to limit luggage. Please pack in soft sided zipless bag. We provide dry bags hire; for a deposit of $50 (cash only) which will be refunded on return. We also provide luggage storage at the Explore Whitsundays Reservations Office for $10 per person.
