Staff were very friendly , the grounds are beautiful with lushes green trees and we were surrounded by it which made for a great view .The grounds are well kept and the pool area was great.
As for the room it self, very tired and outdated. Chip paint on door frames rust in the bathroom. We had to go and ask for more bath towels and we were only given 2 for a 4night stay. Location is great and it would definitely suit families.
The location is amazing right on Hastings St. Conveniently close to everything.
Had a fantastic 9 night stay, all the staff were helpful and very polite would stay at The Mantra again. The only negative would be the kitchen was not very well equiped, and the fridge was about to pack it in.
Been staying here for years and never had a bad word to say. This time around our dishwasher was broken upon arrival and didn't work for the 8 days we were there. This is not ideal with 3 kids and meant we were washing dishes everyone we had something to eat. Hotel staff were aware but did nothing. Upon check out we were asked if we enjoyed our stay and informed staff that we did not for the above reason and again not even an apology. We paid good money for a holiday and didn't want to be washing dishes the entire time. Won't be staying here next year as we were very disappointed.
Excellent friendly reception staff
Wonderful holiday. Very good room.
Excellent location.
Good staff very helpful.
A bit picky, but something definitely needs to be done about the lift. Slowest ever and shudders every time it reaches the third floor. Only stairs are the fire exit.
Excellent location and amenities for family with young children. Helpful and friendly staff.
A fantastic position. Close to restaurants and opposite the patrolled beach. The 1 bed deluxe was quite spacious. my only complaint would be tht the sofa bed was VERY uncomfortable. The apartments are not serviced unless you stay more than 8 days, but that was fine as you were able to obtain fresh towels, dishwas detergent etc at any time from reception. The staff at reception were exceptional....nothing was a problem.
A thoroughly pleasant stay. The apartment was great and excellently located. The staff were fantastic and very helpful.
Highly recommend.

A great hotel in an excellent location with friendly, helpful staff.
We had a great few days in a newly renovated appartment location was perfect
Apartments were well equipped and clean.
Bathroom was a bit dated.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom deluxe apartment which was fabulous for us and the 2 girls. Located at the south end of Hasting street it had easy safe access to beach, surf club, restaurants and shopping precinct. It was quiet and bright with all the mod cons. We had 4 days there in comfort. Staff were helpful, the pool, sauna and spa well maintained and lovely gardens.
Will go back again in the near future
Manta French quarter is in perfect location on Hastings street noosa , park car & no need to return till it's time to pack. Walk to national park, shops, restaurants, cafes ,beach. Or simply hide away inside resort beside pool.
would definitely go back again
Friendly staff, great location, clean unit, we are a family of four and the unit size suited us. We would be happy to return next year.
Excellent location and great set up for young families
This is our second year that my husband and I have had a 2 night break from our children. the mantra has always been great. Central location close to surf club and to restaurants cafe's etc. Will be back again same time next year.

Great location but apartment a bit tired
The only comment was that my wife was unable to get into the spa for a shower but had to use the shower at the pool. She had just had an operation for a knee replacement. Otherwise it was a very nice place.

Decent rooms. Nice and clean. Customer Service was not bad. Perhaps could have been friendlier. No internet reception in room which was disappointing.
Close to town. An ideal location for the wedding we were attending. Comfortable suite. Lovely pool area in centre of resort
Despite booking a deluxe room, the first room we were given was of a poor standard, dusty, scuffed floor and generally run down as well as facing Hasting street, thus very noisy. When we asked to be moved, the next room was better, quieter and cleaner. Reception staff were very obliging.
The location is perfect, but our room was quite tired and in need of a Reno. Also, with all the rooms surrounding the pool, we found it extreme noisy so unfortunatley our holiday was not as restful as we'd hoped.
Thank you very much, really love our time there. Cheers Chris
