A haven of genuine hospitality and exceptional service! The location is excellent and our room was very comfortable - far larger than we had anticipated which was most welcome since we were travelling with a child sharing the room. We will definitely return to Hakuba and would only stay at Hotel La Neige Higashi-kan!
