Departing Brisbane, this great one day tour provides you with an eco-guide who will take you along the Brisbane River where a luxury ferry awaits you. Cruise the river and into the Moreton Bay Marine Park where you can spot dugongs, turtles and dolphins.
Arriving on Moreton Island at the famous Tangalooma Wrecks, you'll enjoy fantastic photo opportunities of the artificial reef before travelling by 4WD into the desert to the remote sand hills. Passing wildflowers and plenty of bird life you'll have the chance to enjoy a leisurely walk or a hike. The next stop is Blue Lagoon where you can relax, swim, snorkel.
Picnic lunch is served on the beach before you head to Cape Moreton Lighthouse for spectacular views of Flinders Reef. Stopping for a swim in the Champagne Pools and Honeymoon Bay Beach, you'll return to Tangalooma Wrecks to wind down with a beach walk then it's back on board the ferry and home to the mainland as the sun sets.
Adventure Tour: includes a slightly different route and includes a guided snorkel tour of the shipwrecks, including gear, and a guided sandboarding tour (also including gear).
