Everything was superlative!
It is one of the best hotels that I have ever seen.
Everything was at best condition and we really enjoyed our stay.
We've stayed at pallazzo Versace before and although we also had a superior room, this room was much smaller. It was very noisy due to facing the busy road. Last time bottled water was complimentary and quality of buffet was better. Perhaps it was due to time of year, since it was very busy and therefore we steered clear of the buffet. Also the valet service was complimentary in July 2012 and this time not.But overall will stay again.
