Canberra Airport is an airport servicing the capital city of Australia, located in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). Australia's eighth busiest airport, the Canberra Airport is located on the north edge of the city and is the primary base for Brindabella Airlines. It is also most commonly serviced by Qantas, Jetstar and Virgin Australia air carriers. Although it is a designated international airport, there are currently no international flights that operate in or out of the airport, however Fiji Airways (formerly Air Pacific) briefly offered a service there. The main terminal of Canberra Airport has recently undergone major redevelopment including new southern and western concourses.
