Having recently undergone a major refit with Signature of Excellence enhancements, ms Rotterdam will ensure you have the ultimate experience on your voyage as she combines the classic nature of an ocean going ship with state of the art facilities.
Amongst the 17 categories of accommodation available to guests onboard are large interior staterooms, large and standard ocean view staterooms and the beautiful Lanai Stateroom which opens out to the teak promenade deck, complete with your own deck chairs. Pinnacle Suite passengers access the Neptune Lounge, a concierge style lounge offering refreshments, wide screen TVs and complimentary laundering and dry cleaning throughout your voyage.
The glamorous two level main dining room offers floor-to-ceiling glass windows, while the Pinnacle Grill is a more intimate venue. More casual dining can be had at the Lido buffet restaurant or for just a quick bite by the pool grab a slice of pizza or a taco.
Exclusive to ms Rotterdam, ‘Taste of De Librije’ will feature the cuisine of Jonnie Boer, member of the Culinary Council. Named after Boer's 3 Michelin Star Netherlands restaurant, De Librije, the menu will present a variety of appetizers, soups, entrees and desserts from his restaurant.
Only once per cruise will the transformation into De Librije occur, with wait staff wearing the livery uniform, the tables will be replicated and the wine list will highlight a selection of labels from Boer's cellar. The five-course menu begins with North Sea Scallops and continues with the guests choice of appetizer, soup, entree and dessert.
