Enjoyed the trip. Staff were pleasant. Room was good.

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing stay! The hotel is in a great location - close to restaurants and cafes. Also a short gojek drive from anywhere you want to go. The hotel provides daily room cleaning, daily buffet breakfast (which was amazing and included foods such as eggs however you would like, coffee, croissants, juice, fruit, etc.), access to the pool and gym, pool table and much more! The staff and management were always so lovely and welcoming and always ready to help out with anything you need. The room was very clean and up to a great standard - the shower was huge as well as the bed there is also a tv in the room. I cannot recommend this hotel enough to everyone - perfect for couples, families, everyone! I hope to come back in future travels. 

Our first week at de Vins and it was fabulous - lovely spacious deluxe room ... tho only 9 years old does need maintenance! The staff n service was excellent... breakfast buffet amazing... the Rooftop pool, bar n dining room lovely ... loved everything, including the cocktails

Great place to stay in Seminyak.The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the closest beach and shopping square.It's an easy walk to the Main Street,lots of restaurants and bars close by.The hotel staff were amazing and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

Couldn't fault this hotel. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food offered for breakfast, diner and room service was delicious and great quality. The upstairs pool area was lovely and the cocktails served were tasty and resonably priced.
The room was large and had everything needed. The bed was very large and on the firm side but not uncomfortably so. The a/c was efficient and the bathroom had a shower and bath.The free shuttle from the hotel to the shopping square and the beach was really useful.

Overall a very nice place to stay in a very quiet area. The roof top was too warm and did not enjoy getting into it.

The staff look after you and the place is very good. My TV was not working in the night of the first day and they came and replaced it in the night itself within 10 minutes of reporting. The facilities were excellent. We loved the stay there. Highly recommend. Even when I had to go midnight for a trip, they contacted me and organised a takeaway breakfast so I could have it on the go.Thank you for the great hospitality.

Room 331, whirlpool room, large bathroom, bed and pillows....excellent. Breakfast amazing. Food was pricey for Bali standards, but lovely. Spa services are a bit dear, but the staff are clean, professional and full of genuine happiness, so I recommend. The Sky Bar/pool area was fun. The cleaning staff are very efficient and helpful. If you spend that little bit extra to stay here you won't be disappointed.

A very nice Hotel, All the Staff were absolutely fantastic. They went overboard with help for my Gluten Free food. The room was well kept and clean. Hotel is in an excellent location with plenty of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. Hotel does show a bit of wear but Covid slowed down things so not a big deal. We have stayed in this area before and would not hesitate to return. Thanks to all the Staff at De Vins Sky.rn.

Let's not forget the wonderful massage we had.

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond our expectations. They gave us late checkout and then allowed us to use the shower in the spa area even after we checked out (because our flight was a night flight). They treated us like royalty. Probably the best hotel service we've ever experienced.

We had a very good time in the hotel. All the staffs are very friendly and kind, the spa its amazing as well.

the only issue we had was toward the end of our stay when our room keys kept needing to be re-set, otherwise the staff was absolutely brilliant, super friendly & very helpful, would stay there again if ever back in Bali

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet was assorted and plentiful.
The room was clean and spacious.
The restaurant food was not great.
The swimming pool area could do with more shade.

it was an amazing place, great staff and service all day and night. rooms were clean and well presented. bathrooms need attention.

De Vins Sky Hotel is a little out of the way from eateries and entertainment when walking if the hotel buggy was already in use. Can not fault the wonderful staff as any request was seen to immediately.
The hotel is starting to show its age in places.
We did enjoy our stay. Thank you to all.

lovely staff always trying to please however it's much further from the beach than expected the hotel shuttle is a welcome necessity

This hotel was in a great location a 100metre walk from two major main attractions of Potato Head and Woo Bar and only a 15-20min easy walk past markets to Seminyak Village.
The hotel had lovely friendly staff.
The breakfast was delicious and cannot complain.

Although we left the tag on our bed asking to wash our sheets daily and our sheets were not washed only the bed was re-made. There was one stain on our sheets on the second day and it stayed there for 7 nights.
