The tour starts right on your doorstep where Hideaway Island Resort will pick you up and take you to Mele Beach where you will board the ferry that will transport you across the waters to Hideaway Island.

You'll then be welcomed by the friendly staff who will tell you all about the island and its surrounding marine sanctuary. Kick start the day with a complimentary welcome drink in the Melanesian beachfront bar and take in the gorgeous views of Mele Bay.

Spend the day doing as much or as little as you like, it's up to you! You can choose to never leave the beautiful views and tropical cocktails of the bar, or you can explore the waters and marine sanctuary around the island, discovering the colourful corals and fish. Snorkel and feed the fish or join the dive boat's snorkel safari allowing you 45 minutes on a guided glass bottom boat (Marine Park Adventure) to see the spectacular Coral Gardens.

Hideaway Island is also home to the only underwater Post Office in the entire world! Just metres from the beach you can swim and snorkel to the Post Office and send a special waterproof post card back home!
