Day 1 Darwin - Kakadu: Depart Darwin and travel deep into Kakadu National Park. Take a guided walk to view Aboriginal rock art at Nourlangie. Cruise on the Yellow Water Billabong to see prolific wildlife, then stop at the Warradjan Cultural Centre to view the informative displays.
Note: Reverse itinerary will operate on Wed (Dec- Mar)
Day 2 Kakadu - Darwin: This morning stop at Ubirr with a short walk to view Aboriginal rock art. Join the Guluyambi Cruise along the East Alligator River in search of saltwater crocodiles. You have an Aboriginal Guide and with the special permission of the local people, will be able to go ashore in Arnhem Land. Visit the Bowali Visitor Centre before returning to Darwin.
Day 3 Litchfield National Park - Darwin: Follow the Stuart Highway via Batchelor to Litchfield National Park. You have the opportunity for scenic and interpretive bush and monsoon vine forest walks. View Florence Falls before making your way down the stairs to the plunge pool below with an opportunity to swim. Visit Tolmer Falls for a magnificent view of the water cascading down to the deep waterhole below. Venture to Wangi Falls for another opportunity for a swim in the large crystal-clear pool and an optional steady climb through the rainforest to the top of the falls. Stop for a picnic lunch.

Fitness Information: Kakadu - Low level of fitness required.Small amount of walking including a 10-15 minute walk on uneven ground with a gradual climb to the viewing point. There is wheelchair access, however, this is on uneven ground and is accessible for only a small part of the walk and must have a carer to assist. Litchfield - Low to moderate level of fitness required. Florence Falls – Climb 100 steel steps to top or walk at steady pace on the uneven base walk to viewing platform. Tolmer Falls – steady 10 minute walk on established path. Wangi Falls – 5 minute walk through rainforest.
