Loved that the location was an easy walk to town. Rooms are very big and very clean. Hotel is a little old but still very comfortable and clean. Would stay here again
Other than looking a little old and outdated, this hotel provided our family of 5 with a 2 bedroom apartment with plenty of room, very comfy beds, clean, good sized kitchen a lounge room and great amenities, and friendly staff. It was perfect for our Queenstown skiing holiday. The food from the restaurant was absolutely delicious, it was close to town and had amazing views from every window. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again.

Nice place to stay. Bit dated but still nice. WIFI only free in reception for limited time (30 mins). Free WIFI only available for limited time in reception area (30 mins per day). Need to get up with times as many places providing free WIFI in rooms (Should not be costing business anymore as is part of business internet rates package with Telco provider, hence is another clip of ticket which is not good for overseas visitors).
Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. Great views towards Cecil Peak, the golf course and over the lake. Had everything we needed for a 1 week stay in beautiful Queenstown.
Very comfortable room with great views of the lake. Enjoyed the spa. Staff friendly and helpful. It was great to have the kitchenette The bowls provided were a bit small and needed one larger bowl for fruit otherwise loved our stay. The breakfast could be improved by a menu service rather than buffet . Thanks
The location was great and within walking distance to town, also close to airport and everything. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The room was clean. Will definitely come back! Thank you :)
