The room was excellent, the bed was very comfortable and the location was great. It is in a great location, close to public transport, casino, Southbank etc

Great hotel, lovely rooms, convenient location, everything is there! You don't have to leave if you don't want to, definitely would stay again.

We had lovely views from our 23rd floor room - which was a lucky upgrade for our anniversary. Highly recommended the corner king rooms, such expansive city views! They also provided a bottle of wine & chocolates as an additional anniversary surprise. Overall lovely hotel with great facilities and pleasant staff. Would stay again (:

Stayed here with my boyfriend to treat ourselves and the service was absolutely immaculate. Location couldn't have been any better as it was right in the city with trams and buses nearby. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Stay was very comfortable and beyond expectations. Would love to stay again

Great location. Excellent staff and room provided on the 20th floor overlooking the city. Excellent swimming pool and gym facilities. Really enjoyed our 8 nights at the hotel and can rate the service very highly.

We had beautiful views to the city, and had a wonderful stay with very nice staff and cleaners . The only thing is the rooms need upgrading they are getting a bit old, as in furniture ( TV couch,armchair)

Myself and two friends came to Melbourne to celebrate my 50th birthday. The Promenade was always our preference we love everything about the Crowne but the Promenade is a little more affordable for us but still makes you feel apart of the whole Crowne experience. Everything was perfect and this is not a complaint, just that our order for the Australian newspaper both days didn't come through. Not sure if it got overlooked or maybe a neighbour was out early in the morning. We didn't complain, it's only a newspaper, but just thought I'd mention. Thanks for a great time and will see you again for sure

Again a very pleasant stay ,in a great hotel.

The place was absolutely outstanding the only thing I could fault on was the rice of the meals, other then that it is becoming an annual holiday for us

after a few stumbling blocks was very satisfied with the help and answers we received

The location of this hotel is fantastic, close to town and a stone throw to Crown Casino and Southbank.
The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and helpful , from the front desk, concierge desk and room cleaning staff.
Will keep coming back and hopefully that will be sooner, rather than later.

We have stayed at the Crown properties including Towers, Metropol and Promenade for the last 10 years. Always brilliant and accommodating. As the host of a group of 8, they ensured we were on the same floor, facing the city and a welcome message on room TV's. Staff are friendly and helpful and very accommodating. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I felt like I was looked after. The staff are excellent.

if you are after a hotel room Crown Promenade is excellent and the price was great. Whilst the room did not have a separate living area, the room was spacious and clean. Staying at any of the hotels in the Crown Casino complex is excellent as you do not have to leave the complex for food, entertainment and shopping, and the city is only 5 - 10 minutes walk away. this was a family trip and we had breakfast lunch and dinner at different restaurants and food places in the complex. would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay when in town for business or just a weekend. Short stroll into city.

Loved the location and that you didn't have to leave the complex to shop, casino or eat. It was so cold outside and did not want to brave the weather. 2 of Neil perry resturants within the complex. Eateries to suit all budgets. Fantastic service and beds are pillows are so comfortable. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Had the busiest few days and the crown promenade was the place to unwind. On my return each day to unwind and the beautiful level 3 deck (swim/spa) I spent min 2hrs a day and to be able to have the guys bring me a coffee each time where I drank while sitting in the spa was fantastic. Room service and house keeping is amazing. I highly recommend and will be back. Once again thank you to crown promenade and it's staff for an amazing stay

We normally stay at Crown Metropol but this was just as good.

we had a great experience at the Crowne Promenade Melbourne nice & clean beautiful pool doorman was the best very friendly & helpful , would definitely stay again.

As usual reception staff were exceptional. Central to the CBD. The room was immaculate as always. Prices on the mini bar are way to high, though I must say that's the same where ever I have stayed. Overall I love my stays at Promenade.

we scooped up a fantastic deal offered by travel online and enjoyed a few days of cricket, shopping and fabulous food at various restaurants around the city. Great location & facilities!

Good hotel within in a great location. Nice and close to great restaurants and entertainment venues are within walking distance.

The room was great . Great views of the city day and night the service was friendly , helpful and hassle free recommend couples had facilities for families as well we will do it again.
