Good for families, good location 

Great Package Deal.

There is not much to fault at SeaWorld resort.
It is so convenient being next door to the park. It was very handy, especially with young kids and the heat.
Teppanyaki experience is amazing and fun.
Food was decent. Very convenient having multiple options onsite.
Live music by Sean brings a fun vibe to afternoon/evening drinks at the lobby bar.
Great cocktails made by the bar staff.
Would be keen to go back again!

Kids had a blast at the resort. Staff were very accommodating adding extra bed for my teenage boy. Japanese restaurant at resort overpriced and not very good food.

Myself and two children spent 5 days at SeaWorld resort . Kids loved the outdoor play area with pool, rooms were everything you needed , very tidy , neat , staff were fantastic and friendly . Only issue I had was parking .

Fantastic getaway with plenty for the kids to do on site and Sea World right on your doorstep.
Room was recently refurbished - very nice and comfortable.
Bar and dining options on site are reasonably priced.

Great resort especially with Children, considering we had to upgrade because of no availability on first option i would of expected the room to be of better standard very tired looking plus smell of paint fumes not pleasant. Staff at reception on arrival not very friendly and very abrupt not welcoming at all. I did request adjoining rooms when I booked 6 months ago when mentioned at reception very rude with answer not confirming either way. Room location a nightmare especially with little ones next to lift and facing ramp to sea work extremely noisy on ground floor. Would not recommend ground level snd wouldn't rebook if not guaranteed upper floor

This holiday was absolutely brilliant Sea World hotel and Theme Park was amazing it is the only place to stay when you visit the Gold Coast, they offer you an experience that will stay stay with you forever, the room, restaurant's, breakfast and staff were great everyone was so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this facility.

We travelled from Sydney to Gold Coast to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Our stay at Sea Word Resort was amazing and it was great value for money. It has all the facilities for a perfect family getaway and is only few mins away from the Sea World Theme Park. Plenty of dining options within the resort and the buffet breakfast is one of the best we have had so far. Rooms are pretty clean and maintained as well with daily room service. Overall, highly recommended to anyone, especially families with kids, who would like a exciting getaway without a hefty price tag on accommodation at Gold Coast.

Staying at the resort is perfect when you want to spend a few days at SeaWorld, there is an entrance from the resort which makes access super easy. The resort pool area is also fantastic for kids

We booked a 'deluxe' room but I wouldn't really consider it deluxe, it felt pretty ordinary and trying to call reception will take you about 10 tries before someone finally picks up. The hotel gets a bit noisy with all the kids around so I wouldn't recommend staying here for a romantic weekend.

Dinner at Hatsuhana Japanese - Teppanyaki is a 'must do' food and service is 5 star

Excellent weekend staycation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great value for money. My only disappointment was that the Park closed early and not all rides were operating. However, the price mostly made up for this. I would recommend this deal to all.

Found the facilities and theme parks excellent

The rooms where very good and the choices for dining was excellent.

Everything was wonderful. Had a relaxing stay and enjoyed the theme parks.

Room was recently renovated and fresh and lovely as well as nice and roomy. Staff were all friendly and professional. Food was fine. Complimentary entry into the numerous parks was an absolute bonus. Had a wonderful stay. Will definitely return.

Wonderful for kids and families. Very easy to get something to eat or drink downstairs in the lobby. SeaWorld can be accessed from the resort.

Fun and awesome

Easy park to be based and enjoy family fun . Such a well kept park, animals , enclosures and informative exhibits .

We enjoyed our stay, little disappointed all rides weren't operating.

What a great stay, only problem we had was that it was not long enough.

Great value with the 3 day passes

Had a good stay. Air conditioner was noisy all night and kept everyone awake. The next day they fixed it promptly and then all was good. Complimentary bottles of wine were much appreciated. Carparking was not good and despite several trips around Gold Coast, we never once got to park in the carpark.

Service is second to none. The dining options are plenty and we went back to the same restaurant both nights and all ordered the same meal. It was that good!!! The kids had a fabulous time at the waterpark, entertained for hours.
Hot Air was our only issue... the exhaust fan in the bathroom was on the blink and the Air con was only just keeping us cool.
A minor issue outweighed by such a wonderful weekend!

Family of 4. Good value if booking a package inc entry to parks, otherwise we wouldn't have booked separately as don't think the value is worthwhile and when compared to other similar resorts or accommodation deals. Pool area nice. Plenty of chairs to relax in. Lifeguard on duty was great. Allowed to take food & drink into pool area (no glass). On occasional nights they have a light show for the kids in the waterplay area. Best to confirm when booking. Multi-coloured lights in the ground and music plays with the water jets on.. fun for the little-ones on a warm night. Nara Resort itself overall is getting tired and dated looking. Nara is over-due for a revamp including the outdoor areas, pool area dining area etc. Rooms are dated looking. Our room was clean on arrival. Air-con in each room, ours was studio style, two queen beds in one room. Kids shared one bed. Very small fridge in cupboard, doesn't hold much. In cupboard/drawer is a kettle, 4 glasses, 4 mugs, coffee/tea/sugar sachets, teaspoons (only) in drawer). Safe in the other cupboard and hair dryer, extra blankets/pillows. Landscaping kept nice, lights in trees. Food pricing not too bad (portion sizes of burgers & chips in pool restaurant was good). Adds up quick, so budget for that. Very few vegan or fresh options on menu. Recommend taking own drinks and snacks for kids if budget is in mind. Easy to use park passes to enter parks. Coles/Woolies not too far a drive away, Hogs Breath cafe just up the road in small shopping village. Overall we enjoyed our 3 day stay, mainly hung around in the evenings as were at parks during the day.

Our package was quite a deal! We enjoyed SeaWorld so much, and having stayed in the resort made the holiday relaxing, and we did not feel like we had to do everything in 1 day. We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant, Hatsuhana and it was money well-spent. The food and service were amazing. Will come back for sure.

We stayed here for 2 nights as an older couple. Great resort for kids. Room was great only wished we had asked for a room on the top level as we could hear everything upstairs from showers running, kids running around at 5 am, doors banging wasn’t very soundproof. That was really our only complaint.

Our family loved staying here! The kids had a great time in the pool and water park. We loved that we could walk in to SeaWorld and come home for lunch and then wander back over. The room was great, the breakfast was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing i would like to mention is that an on site bbq area would be amazing. We can't wait to come back and stay again!

The pool, location and convenience far out weigh any signs of the resort ageing. Recent and ongoing renovations will only enhance future experience. Proximity to beach and SeaWorld theme park is awesome however the kids would have happily stayed in the resort pool area for the 5 days. Will stay there again.

Left our softtoy rabbit in a bed hoping it turns up in laundry..

Great value holiday for the whole family. We had a 3 day world pass with our deal and we enjoyed all parks thoroughly.
Definitely recommend.

My wife and I took 3 of our Grand Kids to Sea World. Fantastic Time the kids will remember this holiday for years to come.

The resort is great if you have younger children with the water play area.
The buffet breakfast was really good with a great variety.
The beds were comfortable but there were no extra pillows and only 1 spare blanket for the whole room.
The air condition didn't work properly and the room itself was very small.

Was great being right by Seaworld.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would however next time get interconnected rooms as a week in the same room for 2 adults and 2 teens was a bit much. Facilities were fabulous and it's rare to have such a amazing showers, never change that!
Rooms are very accommodating and comfortable. Staff were always friendly and helpful. This holiday will forever be something this family will look back on and remember with great joy!

Enjoyable stay

Stayed here for 2 nights as we got a 3day pass included so was value for money. Rooms itself are pretty standard, for a family room it has a small balcony and only 2 chairs so everyone can’t sit on the balcony at the same time. I was very surprised how noisy it was with the helicopters flying over all day and then we were in the middle floor so could hear the guests above walking around early in the morning. Pool was nice and heated but the kids water park wasn’t so didn’t use it. Great being so close to SeaWorld to come and go as you please. Would stay longer than 2 days.

So great to be there right by SeaWorld, can come back to the room get changed and refresh and go back to the park again. pools were fantastic.

A great escape from the daily routine.
2 nights /3 days at the resort with unlimited access to Seaworld at your doorstep was quality time with the family.
The resort pool area was a great bonus..fun for all and not crowded.
Buffet breakfast had ample variety and reasonably priced.
Rooms spacious.. beds comfortable.. a microwave supplied free of charge would be an asset.
Looking forward to our next visit.. soon !

Would have liked the option of a hard copy folder in the room, or something that outlines processes etc. as we didn't know we had to book buffet or kids club until it was too late and we didn't watch tv so was unaware of hotel process.

The rooms tend toward minimalist décor but I always feel instantly relaxed as soon as I walk in. We've stayed quite a few times and even though the property is getting on in age we still like it.
However if you're after peace & quiet this is not the place to come to. It primarily attracts families with young children so it can get quite noisy. The only point I noticed this time is that the housekeeping was not up to par but perhaps that's because it was really busy and the resort heavily booked, something I wasn't expecting for low season/winter.
The restaurant buffet had a good selection but once again it was so busy that the floor service was virtually non-existent and there were children running all over the place. But when you pick a busy, family venue you kind of have to expect that.
The staff were all pleasant and chatty, the property is clean and spacious and we will continue to return.

Thank you for the special price, made it good value for money. However, the staff could be more friendly/helpful. First night we arrived, we decided to try the convenience of the on-site buffet. There was a group of 12 of us, however it wasn’t overly busy and had at least half empty seats/tables. Staff informed us we should of booked, however we only just arrived. Day 2 was a full day out at SeaWorld, when we got back we decided we wanted to book our x3 daughters into kids club, concierge was very unimpressed and said we were past the cut-off to get staff etc. I said I didn’t see any info in the room, he said it’s on the TV. We were out all day. I have previously stayed at Paradise Resort and at check-in she kindly informed me to book in to kids club ASAP as it gets booked out quickly, this helped us to not miss out. I was impressed our room was made up Saturday morning, considering such low costs involved with our stay & passes. Thank you

Fun for the whole family, plenty to do. Enjoyed Seaworld and Paradise Country for the 3 year old. Meal prices a bit high for family hotel. Rooms really clean.

The staff were very helpful and the resort was great, with fabulous water park playground. Food however is expensive and the resort falls just short of UberEats delivery (conveniently) area. Budget rooms also do not include a microwave. Rooms were basic, yet comfortable. Being close to Theme parks meant less time travelling and more fun time. Overall a great place to stay with kids.

Great time had by all,plenty to do to keep the little ones happy.Only complaint.meal prices high for families.

The hotel is a bit old but clean. Value of money since we received 3 theme parks tickets.

The room was just nice for 4 people and the water play at the resort was awesome. Having the free pass to the Movie and Sea Worlds made the trip extra special!

Location was great, food was perfect for the whole family but the room was a bit tired and had seen better days. Overall I would definitely come again but would look to upgrade to a better quality room.

Great location. Great price with the deal we booked. Unfortunately the resort doesn’t have compendium with info in the rooms, it’s apparently on the TV, but ours didn’t work so we didn’t know anything about what was available or the restaurant. We asked for assistance at the concierge desk but they were not helpful. So we just ate out at other restaurants the entire time. Other than that the stay was great!

At 64% off the stay at resort and 3 days of unlimited entry into all their parks it was a fantastic time. With 4 children from infant to 7 having the room close by to head back to was fabulous and if i could get the same deal id book again, just wish it had complimentary breakfast included in the deal.

We stayed at Sea World as a family and loved the easy access to Sea World itself. Movie World and Wet N Wild were only a short drive away (15 minutes). Australia Fair is 5 mins away. The resort itself is attractive with lots of kids activities mostly centered around swimming and water. The restaurants were an attraction within themselves. I absolutely recommend it.

Fantastic package deal, with entry to 3 theme parks for the family. Location, amenities and value for money exceeded expectations.

So glad we chose to say here. It was convenient to everything. Our room was great, service was great and the Bistro was amazing. Only had a to wait once over the 5 days we were there but even then it went really quickly. Every day the food was different and l loved that there was so much variety. We ate breakfast and dinner there everyday. Wont be staying anywhere else from now on. Always had a car spot even though it was to capacity but even if we couldn't find a spot we would have been happy to park in the street, safe and not far. Thanks for the great memories.

Great room overlooking the water. Very nice hotel. Fantastic value for money when combined with the flight and free sea World and movie world entry for 3 days when you stay 2 nights!

A bit of a story here so apologies for a long winded comment!
We've had a rough 2019 to be completely honest, starting with significant injuries for both my husband and I and then a terminal diagnosis concerning my father-in-law which has seen me living apart from my husband and young daughter for over 2 months while I was transferred to Brisbane to help support my in-laws (I don't like using that word because they are my parents, they're my Mum and Dad regardless of the biological aspect). It was something that had to be done while my husband waited on his transfer and our daughter to be able to continue her schooling 600km away while we played the waiting game and finding a suitable dual living property that ticked all of the boxes to have enough space and for Mum and Dad to live comfortably as possible with our support which has been challenging to say the least.
Only seeing my husband and daughter for a few days every 3 weeks or so has been very tough.
This holiday, even though it was short as we had our own time constraints still waiting on my husbands transfer; was so meaningful to be able to put our stresses aside for a couple of days and spend quality time together was absolutely priceless. Our children had so much fun, as did we and the resort staff were so accommodating - the first night we couldn't find our 17 year old; turns out he slept in the bath tub as our SNORING was that bad he could not sleep

Friendly staff!

A great hotel for families. The entertainment for children (pools, water park and daily character appearances) go down a treat with the kids. The food quality & service was excellent! To have direct access to the park made things easy. Only downfall was the distance from any stores or shopping areas. Otherwise recommend.

Loved every minute

Very happy with resort. Highly recommended. I think the dining in the resort is over priced. Too expensive dining for family of 2 adults and 2 kids.

We would like to recommend Sea World resort to anyone looking for a great holiday , specially great location for families . Plenty of activities for kids. Staff is very helpful and polite. Room facilities could improve more. Variety of food choices at Shoreline restaurant , overall we had a memorable holiday.

The Sea World resort is located right next to Sea World and guests have earlier access to the theme park every morning.
The resort's own water park is a real hit with children and the nightly Sponge Bob light disco is great fun and most popular with kids too.
There are 2 restaurants at the resort as well as a longe bar and a cafe near the pool area. There is also a small shop on site which offers a small selection of grocery items such as bread and milk but no fresh food such as fruit or vegetables.
The eating options at the resort are expensive and considering that this is mostly a destination for families it is worth offering stay and eat packages. The Double room itself is spacious enough for 2 guests. It has basic amenities such as a kettle and a TV. The bathroom is somewhat dated and ours was very hot due to the exhaust fan not working. The service was generally friendly and prompt except on one of the days when our room was not serviced until after 4pm.
There is no public transport to and from the resort. The closest public bus only goes as far as Sea World resort.

Overall this resort is good for families. We had a family of 10 and there was good fun to be had for all our ages.

Great place for kids with excellent swimming and water play facilities. Gave me a room upgrade at check in which was nice. Proximity to Sea World an obvious advantage. Staff all very friendly, especially Jon at Shoreline restaurant who was great fun for my son. Pricing for kids to eat buffet breakfast/dinner excellent ($1 per year of age). Adult pricing was a little steep.

Will definitely stay here again!

Had a fantastic time. Great to be able to access Seaworld straight from the resort. Good clean rooms, friendly staff and overall great short break.

Sea world would have to be one of the nicest resorts I have ever stayed at and the staff were fantastic great quality all round and thankyou.

We enjoyed a stay at sea world resort and sea world theme park was lots of fun and we have taken home with us great memories thanks!
