Flavours of Fiji Cooking School

For those looking for a true taste of Fiji, Flavours of Fiji Cooking School is the perfect way to experience the local culture and cuisine of Fiji.

Under the guidance of experienced local cooks guests can discover the fresh produce and techniques of local Fijian cooking. The class is small allowing guests to receive the personal attention they require whilst utilising the modern, custom designed kitchen.

The menu is a blend of Fijian, Indo-Fijian and Tropical Sweet dishes, including classics such as the Fijian Ika Vakalolo and the Indian Dhal Soup. There are approximately 7 dishes in total and the class takes around 3 hours. Children aged 8-15 years can also participate when accompanied by a parent.

Getting There

Guests make own way to No5 Denarau Industrial Park, Denarau Island. Taxi is the most common form of transport to the Cooking School.


Monday - Saturday: 11.00am - 2.00pm. Sundays minimum numbers apply.

Additional Info

Children: This activity is not suitable for children 7 years and under. Children 8-15 years are welcome when accompanied by a parent and are charged the child rate.
