Lovely resort great staff.
Breakfast seating gets a bit confused & fair queues but no big deal.
Usual resort problem of towels on sunbeds all day & no sign of guests.
Would recommend Sheraton &stay there again.
Beautiful but expensive
Great place for our first family holiday. Not too far away from the airport, and love that we can use the pools at their other hotels adjacent to us. Staff were friendly & loved the kids. The bula bus was a great way to get around as well. We would definitely consider going back again!
We absolutely loved the Sheraton. Beautiful staff, Great Location, Amazing Chime Bar with the best entertainment ever, Gorgeous Food and great activities for the kids. Just Perfect.
We LOVED our stay at the Sheraton Fiji Resort.
The room was in great condition, lovely outlook to the gardens.
Hotel staff are beautiful, helpful and so lovely. The nannies are amazing!
Food - I don't usually enjoy buffets but this was SO GOOD, worth going back just for the food! breakfast was delicious and dinner was the best!!
I would definitely go back. The location and staff make staying there just the most relaxing break you could hope for.
When can we book again?
Loved everything about Sheraton Fiji Resort.
Welcome, service, accomodation all excellent.
The staff were exceptional, reception, dining, cleaning staff, kids club - 'VINAKA'
It was great, the food & drink prices are a little excessive at the Resort though.
Had a great 7 night stay with our family. The hotel was great, and being linked with the Sheraton Villas and Westin we had plenty of dining, pool and activity choices. Dining discount for the kids was great too, although the meals were very small. Overall, a great place to go and unwind.
Beautiful resort, just needs a little updating
Loved Fiji, can't wait to go back. Unfortunately we were unable to land as the weather was unsafe so we began our holiday by being diverted to Noumea. This can't be helped though. Once we did finally arrive the weather was amazing and the resort beautiful. I also recommend the day trip to South sea island- paradise.
Very thoughtful team at the Sheraton. Always thinking ahead in order to satisfy their guests. The staff are exceptional with the kids. They made every child feel special. All amenities were always very clean. Couldn't be happier.
The team who run the activities through the day are brilliant. I think there are 4 men running touch football, water aerobics, frog racing etc. They are superb. My kids are raving about them. They treated my kids so well I feel indebted to them. They made our stay one of the best holidays we have had.
Not to mention we had a 4am transfer to come home and to greet us at reception was tea/coffee/OJ/pastries and fruit - what a very thoughtful gesture.
Had a wonderful family holiday at the Sheraton Resort. Fantastic service. Food is expensive at the resort but Denarau Maria got few options. Overall nothing to complain.
We had a wonderful time, all staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. However, Sheraton chefs need to improved their cooking skills and seafood was not fresh.
Everything from the service to the dining options were outstanding. We went as family and had a great time. The kids club was fantastic as was our nanny Ruth.
The Sheraton as a resort is well laid out and has plenty to entertain families. The staff were very friendly and helpful if you are not in a rush (Fiji Time!).
We love our holiday in your resort and hope next year to come again.
Could not rate this place highly enough!
Great place to stay and love the fact that you can use the facilities at 3 resorts. The staff are fantastic, friendly and responsive. The rooms are clean and tidy if not huge. The pools are fantastic as is the choice of dining options. However, the food is expensive as are the drinks. That is the only downer. As a suggestion, take goods and go visit the local school or orphanage particularly if you have kids - SO rewarding!
We enjoyed our time at Sheraton Fiji. It was our first time in Fiji, and we were given a great introduction to the wonderful people of Fiji, and enjoyed a relaxing holiday with great service. We were on honeymoon and would have to say it was not the perfect honeymoon spot, being very geared to families. However anyone just seeking time out in Fiji would have a great time here.
The resort is good for families for a stay. It can be expensive but is expected for a Sheraton chain in Peak tourist location.
Great service & hotel staff were amazing. Hotel is great for families & for a total relaxing experience.
Def will come back again.
We were on a family holiday and after Plantation Island perhaps not quite as much to do for the kids, however, the pools are great and we did an interesting bus trip into Nadi. Would definitely return. Very relaxing holiday, great food, great atmosphere and great people!
The Sheraton Fiji Resort has been so beautifully designed - no matter where you are there are beautiful views of the pool or ocean and there's no feeling of crowdedness because of the way the pools and other areas are cleverly laid out with different zones and alcoves. The staff are so accommodating and friendly and whilst 5 star, the resort still has that laid back Fijian feel. The buffets at Feast are fabulous and the fire dance show is excellent. Whilst eating out at the other restaurants at the Sheraton, Westin and Denerau Villas is expensive, the food and view are all worth it.
Second visit to the Sheraton and I'd definitely go back. I love the way you can use all three resorts.
We had never stayed on Denarau before and were pleasantly surprised by all the dining options and things to do. Would definitely recommend for couples and families alike. The Bula Bus and Dollar Bus make it easy to get around everywhere. Definitely recommend the Denarau Golf club for dinner. Wonderful ribs and wood-fired pizza.
The resorts are great to take the kids away for a break but the food and drinks are very overpriced. Even with breakfast included we spent on average $200 per day just on these items. To take advantage of the $5 kids meal offer adults have to eat there as well which makes the meal very expensive, you can't just grab a sandwich for a few bucks, you have to buy a main meal which doesn't always suit timing or budget. The staff are always polite and very friendly, and the carers in kids club are fantastic.
Loved every minute of the Sheraton. Great for families & kids.
Location is amazing as you can swim & eat between all the different resorts.
Wonderful stay. Excellent resort and amazing staff. They are so lovely. Couldn't do enough to help. The resort was beautiful and very well maintained. Will certainly be back.
Me and my girlfriend had a great week at the Sheraton Fiji! Caters for all with areas for families and adults only, good range of places to eat/drink, friendly staff and reasonably priced. Only issue was the last day was a long and hot one due to no late check out (option is there, we just didn't request it until the day) and there are no common showers etc. which stopped us spending the last day at the pool!
Images of the Sheraton resort online reflect the reality, which is superb. House keeping can be a little hit and miss, little things like supplying 3 instead of 4 towels and soaps etc as I said little things... Easily rectified with a phone call to house keeping.
Expensive to eat/drink at Sheraton - 25% VAT added to all purchases could catch you out. Food and drink heavily over priced at the resort but that's resort living I guess. Eg 1.5L Fiji water at dinner at the Flying Fish restaurant cost $13. Pizza at the golf/racquet club $39 with $5 draught beer Fiji gold/ soft drink a good option for families or head down to the Denarau Port, the Indian was great and there are plants of reasonably affordable options if you have a look around.
Overall a wonderfull stay and I would recommend it to anyone - in fact have already !!!!
We really enjoyed our stay but unfortunately on last night my wife was violently sick and also had diorrea and is still suffering. Hotel looked fine in pictures but in reality was a little 'tired'
Relaxing and fun for the whole family
Staff, facilities, Aqua Stidio room all great
We had a wonderful stay for our family for a week, location was handy and the staff were amazing and so friendly. Highly recommend, we will be back!
We absolutely loved Fiji and would recommend it for any family. Food and shopping is quite pricey though. Would recommend the Sheraton any day. The rooms and facilities were all clean and the staff were all very helpful and amazing.
Loved the resort and staff were amazing. Water not great. Best to go to islands for that.
We had three families stay at the Sheraton Resort and the staff, service, food and room were fantastic. The Flying Fish restaurant was excellent. Compliments to the chef. The kids club was amazing for children. Thankyou
Our family will definitely come back to this resort, true excellence in every form: service, facilities and food.
If you want to totally relax in luxurious surroundings and feel pampered this is the place for you.
Staying at Sheraton makes for a great family holiday. A number of facilities at your disposal spread across 3 resorts - great. The rooms are excellent and most have a view of the water. Service is good and its good value - particularly with breakfast included in the package. Evening dining is OK - a little pricey and food is fine but not brilliant - I recommend you visit the marina area for dinner. Other than that, recommended and I would stay again.
Fiji people are so friendly and amazing we had 2 little girls and they made them fell so loved the need to get payed more then they do as they make the holiday. The resort so clean and tidy food and drinks were expensive but we had a great holiday and would return in a heart beat.
Family friendly better than any of the others we looked at while we were there. We will be staying again :-)
Beautiful views, good food, very friendly staff
Great place for all travellers, close to other resorts & walking distance to Port Denarau. The golf club across the road is ideal for those with small children.
Staff at the resort are great.
I can't wait to return to the Sheraton Fiji! My 2 children and I had the most amazing holiday staying at the Sheraton Resort, Fiji. The facilities, resturants and most of all staff were the best we could have asked for. Our stay was nothing but a positive experience and I definitely highly recommend it to anyone.
Resort lovely staff friendly. pools nicer at the westin so spent more time there.
Alcohol ( wine) extremely over priced. food lovely with lots of choices
Good location and was good to have access to sister resorts.Only downfall on resorts was prices of food and drinks and there fine print on charging taxes on top of the prices shown on them.We had to look for convenient places to eat and drink out of the resort as it was better value then eating in restaurants in resorts.
The most disappointing part were the taxes not included in food and drink prices but written in fine print on bottom of page to add on,very annoying and the prices were very expensive. We were always going out of the resort to buy meals and drinks as they were a lot cheaper.Overall location was good and great to use facilities on the sister resorts.
Consistent property with plenty of options and activities or places to relax by the pool.
5 star all the way great
This is our third stay at Sheraton Fiji Resort, and we have always enjoyed ourselves and the resort immensely. We have had exceptional rooms and lovely service from everyone.
Breakfast at Feast and Lunches at The Wet Edge are fantastic for families. Evenings however force families out of the resort as the menu's do not cater for children's taste, and for visitors who do not enjoy seafood. As an International Buffet Feast should offer a greater variety of foods for families, things such as hot chips, nuggets, pasta's etc for kids would make this more enticing. The buffet seems aimed at a different clientele so we ate away from the resort every evening except one.
I would still recommend staying at the resort as the ability to use the facilities across the 3 Starwood Hotels is hard to beat in Denarau.
The resort did very little to promote activities. There were more activities and things to do in the resorts next to the Sheraton. I spent more of my time at the other resorts than at the Sheraton.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton would like to bring my whole family and stay in a Villa.
Enjoyable, a pleasure, relaxing.
Excellent stay for 7 adults. Variety for all whether it be food, activities or time out. Location excellent. Very accommodating Staff. Highly recommend.
I would like to commend your company on how smoothly everything ran, from the booking to the plane and the transfers were waiting and everything that was listed to happen did. Shell lei, bottle of water and the cool towel. The hotel was great even though we had to change rooms after a night due to the bedding situation, but were only too helpful. Then on the way home, again transfers were on time and before we knew it were back in Australia. Thank you again for organising this holiday for me and my son.
Some great R&R amongst friendly staff and locals. Great food and good selection of restaurants and pools. Very good facilities, clean with modern/local furnishings etc. Very pleasant.
The Sheraton resort proved an excellent location and standard of accommodation for a relaxing week away. The staff were without fail, warm, friendly and helpful. The food was expensive but of a good standard.
From the time we arrived until we left everything was fantastic the friendly service and the ambiance of the resort to the other guests who were so friendly, an experience that we will always treasure.
Very good - our daughters wedding was great, short ceremony, reception & catering was fantastic, the staff were excellent throughout the resort & wedding catering - I must say any of the activities are on the expensive side, overall the people of Fiji are beautiful & more that pleasant & helpful. The staff at the Sheraton are fantastic, the rooms are generous, the resort is very well maintained, overall was great.
Stayed 2 days at the Sherraton, so relaxing, all you need within the resort, if not, just walk to the other 2 next door, sister resorts and enjoy all facilities. particularly enjoyed 'Chime' lounge bar with the huge lounge chairs and the most amazing band ever!
We were very impressed with the Sheraton Resort, there were alot of different options for dining and it was very luxurious. Next time I would stay in the Ocean Front rooms as we had the Ocean view room but was quite a distance away. I really liked how we could also use the other resorts. Also liked how it was close to the airport. Some meals though were expensive especially for large families.. Highly recommend the resort.
Firstly, you can't go wrong with Fiji as your destination. Add to that an area with 5 resorts side by side that you can wander in and out of like you own them.
The Fijian people are number one for their hospitality but you've got to chill and accept "Fiji time"
The Sheraton Fiji was welcoming (as always) and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The only negative was that the air con in our room sounded like a 747 landing. Our friends air con was much quieter.
We'll be back :)
A great place to relax, hotel staff were very friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. Our room was clean and spacious and views of the beach from our outdoor area, lovely. Dining options were plenty and we always had great food, although food and alcohol a bit on the pricey side.
My family (myself, husband and 2 sons aged 19 months & 3.5 years) recently stayed at the Sheraton Denarau and had a great time. We were welcomed like family and our boys were greeted with hugs and high fives from the friendly staff. The staff were always happy, smiling and extremely patient with the boys.
Our room was an ocean studio room in block 17, it was spacious, clean and away from the noise of restaurants and pools. It was serviced well each day and any request were met quickly and without fuss. Parts of the room were 'tired’ and in need of a little TLC, but that didn't bother us. The bathroom was lovely and the boys had fun with the double shower, quite a novelty. Our room had a great view out to the ocean and the cool sea breezes were highly welcomed.
Breakfast in the Feast restaurant was an easy walk from our room (approx. 5 min) each morning and we found it to be a pleasant way to start each day. The variety of food on offer was great, the omelettes were fantastic and there were plenty of other options. The first night we had room service which was pricey but the meals were excellent. We also had a meal at the Wet Edge restaurant which was more for the view than the food. For all other meals we ate outside of the resort. It was very expensive to eat at the resort and after reading many other reviews about the food prices at the Sheraton we chose to eat at other places around the island and were never disappointed.
One great thing about staying here is at you have the opportunity to use the facilities of the Sheraton Villas and Westin resort. Our room was closer to the Villas pool and we found it to be much quieter than the main pool in the Sheraton and more enjoyable for a family swim.
I would recommend the Sheraton to couples/families looking for an easy getaway without travelling too far from the airport. It is a resort aimed at families, so if you’re a couple expect to see and hear children of all ages. While Denarau is more ‘westernised’ than other parts of Fiji, it is still a nice place to visit and the staff/locals are always friendly and happy to give you a ‘BULA’.
What a fantastic holiday. Great location and amenities. Friendly staff and amazing service. Will be staying again.
A great place to stay. Rooms are clean . Ask for room on second floor as they are very quiet. Rooms near pools and kids club can be noisy. Food is very expensive. Eat at the marina instead or the golf club across the road is great value.
Very nice place and welcoming entrance although staff need to me friendly and more welcoming. Not much variety in restaurants and prices are some times ridiculous. Coconuts should be the welcome drink instead of Orange juice as is it gives it that island touch. Sheraton Resort should look into having a heated jacuzzi as guests may find the need to unwind after a tiring day. Overall was a good stay! Would recommend to others!
Beautiful clean modern resort. Can be pricey but definitely worth it. Love flying fish. Ate there everyday. Love it that you can go to other hotels to use facilities.
The resort is well set up and great kids club. Can be expensive though to eat and no free water sports.
An excellent holiday but expensive. The service was sometimes a bit slow but thats Fiji time!
The location of the Sheraton is fabulous, the facilities are a little old and the rooms could be much nicer if they were cleaned a little better. Being at the Flying Fish bar at sunset is an unreal experience, just beautiful!! We loved being able to easily walk to the facilities of the Westin and use them! Perhaps liked the look of the Westin a little more.
We all had a wonderful relaxing time. The staff are so friendly it just further adds to the aura of relaxation. Well appointed rooms, great access to all of the 3 hotel brands and great choice of spots around the pool and/or beach area. Our 2 girls loved the kids club and the activities. We will be back!
Great pool Area. Food is expensive and average. Rooms are good and clean. Great facilities and a good location.
This resort is sensational. Pricey for food but well worth the stay.
Stayed for the golf and warmth - room furniture and Feast dining facilities becoming dated.
Restaurants very expensive - especially Feast which was quite ordinary re food.
Was first class as usual. this was our 12th time staying at this property.
Spent 2 nights here enroute to & from Tokoriki Island. Ideal environment for families and the warmth of the Fijian staff shown to kids of all ages was beautiful to see. Resort Room was very quiet, clean, spacious and appeared recently refurbished.
Great location, excellent customer service & amazing staff in kids club
All excellent again, we love the staff who recognise you again and the kids club for our son, if he ever tires of swimming in all the pools!
The only comment is ask for a garden room to the east of reception as they are much quieter.
Beautiful resort with comfortable rooms. Our ocean front room was spacious.
Good facilities and being able to access The Villas and Westin facilities was an added bonus.
This was our first time to Fiji and to be at the Sheraton Fiji Resort was a great introduction. The weather was great, the people very friendly and accommodating and the resort fantastic.
We loved our stay at the Sheraton, we have been visiting regularly over the last 10 years, though this was the first with both our kids. We used most of the facilities available for our little kids and they had a ball, we had a hassle and worry free stay. One of the best places to go with kids.
golf a must play at denarau
The Sheraton was above my intended expectation......the location was ideal, transportation was easy, staff were very accommodating and friendly, the grounds were clean and well maintained. We will be returning and will highly recommend it to our friends
Room could do with a few upgrades. Bathroom already upgraded and very good.
Hotel staff tried their best to get us our room ASAP when we arrived there at 5.30am.
Was very nice enjoyed our stay! Rooms are very nice and clean.
Excellent resort and well located for day trips to the islands and visits to the port.
We had an amazing stay at the sheraton fiji resort.
From the day we arrived to the day we left everything was perfect. All the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, the room was perfect, the food was always delicious. The kids thought that kids club was the most amazing place, each day they had different activities and the staff at the kids club we're great with the kids.
One of the good things about the sheraton was that you could use the facilities of the other two resorts, which allowed for variety in restaurants, bars and pools.
I would definitely recommend the sheraton fiji resort to anyone but think its a great place for families. Will definitely be visiting the sheraton fiji resort again.
had a great time , the villas looks like a lovely place to stay , maybe next time :)
Fantastic time, very relaxing. Resort is beautiful, staff are very friendly & welcoming. Resort very clean.
Loved Fiji and it's beautiful people. Will definitely be going again. Resort was stunning, food was good but we expected it more quality food. The weather was perfect. Generous staff, loved my nannies.
The Fijian hospitality is incredibly genuine. Our location was unbelievable. Woke to ocean views and palm trees, finished day with stunning sunsets. Suite was beautifully serviced each day. Restaurant choices were excellent.
Definitely bringing my whole family!!!
My 16th visit to this resort and won't be our last
It was my wedding and I was more than impressed with the way they looked after us. We had our room upgraded which was a nice surprise
Loved it so much that I would book again. The resort was perfectly located and great for families with lots of pools to choose from. Lots of great restaurants. Kids Clud was great too. The weather was perfect and most of all the people are lovely. Pure paradise. Bula xx
The resort is awesome. For a family on their first overseas holiday the staff made us feel like we were a part of their family. We stayed for 11 days and had some much fun. Special thank you to Sikeli, Semi and Rachel for making our time extra special. You went beyond what we would expect from staff at a resort. We will definitely be returning in the near future
The Sheraton was as we expected, plenty of room and lots areas to chill out. Food at "the Feast" was good with plenty of variety.
Lovely hotel and amazing staff. Recommend for families - they love babies!
All staff were friendly and very helpful. This was our first experience with a kids club, however, our kids 7 and 5 couldn't get enough. So no complaints from us as we enjoyed cocktails by the adults only pool area while the kids had a ball at the kids club.
central to everything - good first place to stay in fiji but fairly pricey for drinks and food. Facilities a little run down. Room position spectacular and exactly like photo which is very rare.
My husband and I went to Fiji to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary. The Sheraton was a lovely place, everybody was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back in the future.
We had an amazing holiday.
We stayed at a ocean front room at Sheraton Fiji Resort. The room was nice and clean.
The service and all the staff were really friendly and great.
They are very children friendly.
Must check out the Flying Fish Restaurant. The food is really great.
Room was good, very clean and nicely refreshed everyday. Pool and resturants were very good. Sheraton was certainly up to standard. The most memorable aspects are the surroundings (it's beautiful warm Fiji after all) and the people- so warm and friendly. Beautiful people the Fijians :)
Excellent stay at Sheraton, had a fantastic time.
We had a wonderful time at the Sheraton Resort Fiji, the highlight of which was the friendliness and thoughtfulness of the staff. My four year old son had an accident in the pool, cut his upper eye lid and needed medical assistance. The staff called a doctor right away and in less than an hour my son was back in action with four stitches. We cant thank Suzanna and Mere enough for their kind attention and efficiency. The hotel is very comfortable and family-friendly.
I wish I could have marked the service score higher, along with dining. The perfect couples or young family getaway, so much so we are booked again and simply struggle to find the words to describe how beautiful it was and how much we enjoyed our holiday, special thanks to the staff at the Flying Fish restaurant and the cocktail, particularly everyones favourite waiter Onee
Thankyou for a great few days that we will remember for a long time and will let certainly recommend to others as a place to stay
Had a wonderful time!!
I would highly recommend staying at the Sheraton Fiji Resort. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked one of the basic rooms (room 1727) and that was perfect enough, bathrooms where spacious and the bed and pillows where so comfy. Our room was close to the water and the perfect distance from the pool too not hear any noise. The Fiji resort staff were so kind, we will defiantly be returning in the near future.
Great location service and great dining
Sheraton and stay was fantastic, it was good to have breakfast included in our package, because to eat out at the Sheraton was very expensive. As you were able to dine at the joining resorts there were more affordable eating locations that you could get to in walking distance or on the Bula Bus that was available for a day pass for $7.00 Fijian dollars and you could hop on or off as often as you wanted. The Fijian people were lovely, very friendly and accommodating. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Our holiday was short and we enjoyed every minute of it. The staff of the Sheraton were always smiling.
This hotel was a beautiful hotel, the staff were fantastic the food was to die for,i would go back,a few cons, the feast where you had breakfast, too many flies, and put some decent tv channels on the tv.
My partner and I attended at wedding at the Sheraton Fiji resort so we decided it would be easier to stay there. Now that was the best decision we have made in our lives!! The staff were absolutely fabulous, friendly and happy. It was such a cheerful place. We were already planning our next visit and we were still there. We didn't take our 2 young children but will definitely take them next visit. The resort I would recommend for singles, families or couples. We found the resort caters for all listed above. To sum up....... WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!!
We enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Denaru...Food is a little pricy in areas. Staff were very friendly however the knowledge of the reception staff varied. We paid for internet access for 24hrs... only to find out we could get free access at link. Bottled water was supplied on the first day only, it would be nice to have bottles everyday.Found the pools at the Sheraton Villas to be more accessible and better suited to swimming. The sheraton's pool was very shallow and space around the pool was limited.
The Sheraton staff were extremely friendly and were only too happy to help with all aspects of our stay.
Lovely hotel, great pool & location. Lovely stay thank you!
Bar food and drinks are expensive.
The Westin being closed reduced immediately located other dining options.
I was disappointed that there was now a charge for the Bula Bus.
The lack of a mini bar in the room was annoying.
The WiFi was expensive and very slow.
Very friendly & courteous service provided by hotel staff. The resort is lovely & suited for family stays. The gardens looked a bit bruised & battered due to Cyclone Evan's ravages. Overall would recommend the Sheraton Fiji Resort to friends & family.
Everything was as expected, staff were very friendly. The only thing that put me off a little was prices for food and beverages were very expensive. Its cheaper to eat outside the resort with same level of service then eating inside.
Great location and friendly staff. As a destination, Fiji is starting to become a little expensive in terms of food, alcohol and other services. The accommodation was ok but becoming a little tired and in need of a refresh.
Very expensive to eat and drink there. Better to buy your own drinks and take there.
Beautiful stay, lovely people really make the holiday, picture postcard location. Beaches just not quiet as nice as some islands. Bulla bus great to get to other resorts and to the port and golf was fantastic at the golf club little over priced maybe
The stay was incredible. Great food. very friendly
Enjoyable break in good venue - friendly staff, kids loved the kids club, good to be able to use the pools at the three resorts and all the mod cons. Resort requires a bit of a facelift and some staff not as friendly as others but that is the case anywhere.
Lovely hotel with an ideal setting
An absolutely beautiful place and hotel. The staff are just gorgeous so eager to make your stay a wonderful and unforgettable holiday. We loved evey minute of it and it was very hard to leave. We will be returning to the Sheraton next year for another relaxing, enjoyable and truely amazing holiday.
we had the most relaxing, friendly, time and staff went out of thier way to assist us. Best spot on Denaru island, well set out and not closed in...bets staff ever...
Unfortunatley when we arrive the hotel were unable to provide us with a twin bed room, our booking had been made several months ago so this was most annoying. I had also request the west side of the Hotel they didnt seem to acknowledge this either.
Wonderful people-Lovely place-Food VERY expensive and surprised at the cost.
Otherwise enjoyed the stay there.
Had fantastic time best holiday we've had as a family. everyone were so friendly.
There was not a single problem during our stay at the Sheraton. It is a beautiful resort with fantastic staff. We cannot wait to go back!
We went to Fiji for our honeymoon and had a fantastic time. The staff at the Sheraton were so friendly and catered to our every whim. We will definately go back and we will take our extended family for a relaxing holiday
We had a lovely time - a place we will go back to with the grandchildren and whole family.
Stayed in an Ocean Front Room - Modern, clean room with fantastic view. 3 separate lagoon pools (one for adults only), friendly staff and food was fresh and reasonably priced.
Will stay there again!
