From the 1st time we received quote to final payment, we had no issues. We arrived at our destination with no hassles and had a great holiday. The resort was and airline was great.
All in all we had a fabulous trip.

We've stayed at the W Bali several times before and love it for the location, service, pool and breakfast. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms we stayed in require a little maintenance eg paints chips, a few cracks around the skylight, tip of iron broken off, poor plastering job near the sliding door, mould in shower - all this sounds worse than it is but given the price you pay you would expect all these things to be up to standard. We would definitely stay here again. The Sunday lunch buffet at Starfish Bloo is a must.

My wife and I had the most amazing honeymoon. The W Retreat was incredible, blew us away and the staff went over and above to make us welcome. The food was sensational! We were so thrilled and will definitely be back!

We were in the Marvellous 1 room pool villa, absolutely sensational. Their Whatever/Whenever moto is fantastic and they keep to it. Will definitely be back.

Great resort - did not want to leave the resort

We loved staying at this hotel. It is primarily suited to couples but the Cubby House Kids Club at the Semara Resort (next door) gives the opportunity to keep kids entertained which is a big plus for families wanting to stay at the W Hotel. Service is exceptional and the staff very friendly and helpful. Food prices reasonable for a 5 star hotel. Close to great restaurants and shopping in Seminyak. We upgraded on arrival to an ocean view suiite as the garden view suites don't have a very nice view.

First time in this first class hotel and won't be the last. First class customer service and the attention to detail is exceptional. Rooms are fantastic being twice the size of a standard hotel room at 68m², clean, fresh and everything you need. Buffet breakfast great with a seperate menu to order from. The staff or \"talent\" as they call them truly are talented not allowing you to do anything for yourself - I wasn't even allowed to put my towel on my sun lounger! Afternoon tea amazing and just a great experience all round from start to finish!
