The hotel is incredibly gorgeous, from the rooms to the views. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The villa I stayed in was spacious, beautiful and the private pool was great. The larger communal pool overlooks the gorgeous and green valley.
Food at the hotel is very good, although a little more expensive than going down into Ubud to eat. The hotel provides a shuttle service down into the center multiple times a day and the ride is only 5 mins.
This was honestly one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed and such good value for money, I would highly recommend it and hope to return at some point.
The staff and the management were fantastic - we lost our luggage and they were very helpful and caring. The resort is stupendous - best setting ever. All the staff go out of their way to make you fell welcome
The villa's with the private pool was fantastic! The service was excellent and the hotel was so quiet and amazing views. The restaurant food was amazing
