Loved everything about this hotel. The design and architecture, interiors of hotel room and communal spaces are beautiful. The service from staff exceptional and consistent from the day we arrived till departure. There was not one time that we were not greeted by staff with a friendly smile and hello. The restaurants within the Desa are outstanding, fresh, quality ingredients used and covers cuisines for everybody, even vegan. It was great to have access to the Potato Head beach club but to also have more exclusive, private time at the Katamama and Potato Head studios pool and bars. My only one criticism which is not so much Katamama's fault is the sound that comes through neighbouring Mrs Sippy beach club. A couple of nights the music could be heard through the glass doors, but it generally didn't continue on past 9-10pm. As a couple we thoroughly enjoyed our time, it was the perfect 5 night escape package, value for money, and we would certainly come back to stay at the Katamama in the future.
