Was a good place to relax, need to improve their dining menu
We stayed here for 5 nights with our family of three children and absolutely loved every minute. The service was fantastic - each and every staff member we came across was friendly, attentive and helpful and went above and beyond. The resort's facilities are great, with beautiful clean swimming pools and a Kids' Club that we practically had to drag our 5 year olds away from each day. The room were presented beautifully, were light and airy and spacious. The only thing I would recommend is perhaps some sort of latch enabling parents to keep the doors between the inter-connecting rooms open, as out 1 year old managed to close one of the doors, thus shutting him and his brother and sister in their own room which cause a bit of a panic as both our room keys were in their room. Although there is only one restaurant, the menu is varied and food very good value for money. Service was at times a little on the slow side (even when we were the only people dining), however the friendly staff more than made up for it. The buffet breakfast was great, lots of variety and all very fresh. They make the best waffles we have ever eaten! Between the Nudi Bar and Duke's, there is about a 7-hour span of 'cocktail hour' which my husband and I enjoyed immensely! Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday and will certainly be back to enjoy another holiday at this hotel, hopefully next year. Thanks to Travel Online too for all their help in planning our first overseas family holiday!
we had a very enjoyable stay with very friendly, helpful staff, Great food, clean and tidy room, excellent service whether at the bar, food hall, or the main desk.
The only thing that I feel was missing was some thing on culture. It was the end of Galangon while we were their and it was not celebrated or told that the markets would be closed or limited open
