Beautifully maintained grounds in a beautiful location. Only negative would be the lack of seating around the pool. Staff always friendly and attentive

We had a lovely break at the Bali Mandira. The pools, spa's, cocktails, service and rooms were lovely. The location was amazing to be able to step out onto the beach and into the market for some shopping or a massage each morning. The cocktails and food were high quality and we loved our stay. The team could not do enough to make our stay more enjoyable.

Beautiful tropical gardens so well manicured!!! Surroundings so clean and staff so friendly!! My daughter and I especially liked the fact that there is an adult pool where we can go to get away from families and kids!!!

Mandira Hotel exceeded our expectations.
The hotel has something for everyone from single, couples to families.
The staff are lovely and go well above. My son needed a doctor urgently and they arranged for us out of normal hours and followed up on him for days after.
I would highly recommended this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Legian and will be re booking for our next stay.

Cannot fault the service here.
Rooms are a little dated but overall clean etc and lovely well maintained gardens.
Pool is a busy hub and had a wonderful pampering session in the spa

We felt the resort was great for a family stay, the rooms had a few things that bought the star rating down but generally all good.
The people were exceptional, always smiling and polite and ready to help. Thats typical Balinese hey.

We had the most wonderful time at Mandira, the resort facilities were fantastic, movie nights for families and really fun slide. The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. The location was great and very close to other restaurants. Rooms were very clean and spacious. We would definitely come and stay again.

Bali Mandira is a lovely location in the heart of Legian. Pool is large however there are not enough chairs so get in early!

Awesome holiday spot! The staff are amazing and there are so many great facilities at the resort. Also in a great central spot! Walking distance to the beach, some great restaurants and little shopping spots!

We have been to Bali many times and Mandira was our favourite resort, location and all round stay!!!

Fun vibe and ambience in this great Hotel. Staff, service and food in Hotel is supurb. Padmi (waitress) especially made our holiday with her attentive and excellent service. Perfect location opposite beach and walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Bali staying at the Bali Mandira Resort. The location, the presentation, the cleanliness and the staff were outstanding. We witnessed a person who had collapsed on the way to their room and my husband immediately reported to reception and the response was amazing. I can't speak highly enough of our experience. That little extra spoiling for our 55th Wedding Anniversary was very much appreciated. Thank you Bali Mandira.

Service was amazing from all staff. Great location being very close to the beach/ shops. GREAT hotel pool and walking around the hotel was awesome. I paid extra for a bigger room which the highlight was the outside shower/ chill bed. The inside was more a studio just having a bed but overall, good but next time, I think I'd save my money and just get the room below this one.

The fruit bowl was 4 pieces of Bali fruit that wasn't peeled or cut without a knife provided. My expectation was a fruit bowl cut up on displayed. Just being picky with this but didn't end up having the fruit.

Got a later check out at 12 instead of 10 which was great as we had an overnight flight. We got to keep our luggage at the hotel we swam in the pool and you still at the facilities.

Great relaxing holiday in beautiful surrounds

We have just spent a week at this beautiful resort and it wasn't nearly long enough. There is nothing to fault. The room, grounds, location, service and staff were fantastic! I can't recommend Bali Mandira enough. Thanks team for a fantastic holiday.

We've stayed at the Mandira 3 times now & will definitely be back. As a family with older teenage kids plus toddlers this resort caters to everyone…..you don't even need to leave to have a great holiday! We stay in the Deluxe Cottages (interconnected) which is perfect for families and the open air showers are fantastic & a hit with the toddlers, who would quite easily spend all day playing in there!! It's in a great location that's walking distance to lots of nice restaurants, shops & amenities and is a short taxi ride to most other places. With a great pool, slides for the kids, swim up bar for the adults plus the adults only area, this resort really caters to everyone but I personally feel that it's more aligned to families rather than a couple. Even though the resort is slightly rundown compared to Pre Covid , you could see them doing lots of maintenance during our stay so it looks like they're working to improve things. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going. We don't even look anywhere else, this is definitely our go to , we love it!

I stayed at Mandira 38 years ago and was certainly not at all disappointed in my stay this time. I will definitely be returning, however next time, my whole stay will be at Bali Mandira. The staff and service was absolutely fantastic. The location is just amazing being across the road from the beach, shops, restaurants and bars.

Fantastic location, close to beach and local shops, cafes. Safe and clean area. Great buffet breakfast which had Indonesian food too. Entertainment fantastic. Facilities beautiful. Service - couldn't fault, constantly being cleaned and looked after. Big pools, swim up bar. Loved everything about it.

Just returned from a week at the Mandira Resort. The staff are excellent and the breakfast was very well presented with a good range to suit all tastes. The Azul Beach club is a great spot to watch the Sunset while sipping on a Cocktail. The pool area is stunning as are the gardens and hounds. Our only disappointment was our room which was one of the Unrefurbished one the second floor. It was very basic with no area to sit apart from a huge daybed that tool up a third or the room. It's a popular resort for families overall we enjoyed out stay at the Bali Mandira.

We had a great family holiday !

My two kids and I had a wonderful family holiday as love the location, pool with waterslides and service. Our room the first night was incorrect however was quickly rectified the next day. Unfortunately the kids club was tiny and really only for babies or toddlers.
Overall a great stay!

Stayed here January 2020, in a Deluxe Cottage. Bali Mandira is beautiful, right on the beach. Breakfast is great, staff very helpful & friendly. Our room was very comfortable with air conditioning. Minutes walk to great restaurants (Fat Bowl, Moo Moos, Mozzarella's, Lokal 80361, Sheppy's, Uncle Norms. Just to name a few). Minutes walk to Garlic Lane with some fixed priced shops including Ketut's Shop in Gang II, Kmart & Miss Debby's. The Bali Mandira is a little more expensive than most but it is well worth the extra $$$. This is our 2nd stay here & we will be back. Highly Recommend.

The resort is fantastic and the staff are just wonderful catering to your every need. After our first night we upgraded our rooms as the superior suites were quite outdated and didn’t meet our family needs. Overall we will definitely stay here again.

We spent two weeks there in two-room Deluxe Cottage with 4 other families over the Christmas and New Year period, overall we loved the hotel, the staff, the pool and location. You pay a big premium for the period we traveled so felt the Deluxe Cottages need a refresh, otherwise all great.

We had a fabulous holiday, it was central to seminyak & Kuta & opposite the beach. Relaxing with happy & helpful staff. Prices were affordable. Food was delicious and cocktails tasty!
We’d love to return again and enjoy the Balinese hospitality!

Great family hotel with prime beach views and access. The only low light are the amount of intoxicated people hovering around the pool bar, but this was mainly in the weekends

We have been to many resorts in the Caribbean and in South East Asia and this has been our favourite resort. The grounds are beautiful, the breakfast has a great variety, and the staff was friendly. They helped us make reservations to restaurants and called for taxis. Our kids loved the water slides! We loved how close we were to the beach and to local restaurants. The beds ere a tad small for the 4 of us but we were ok with that. I'd return!

For first timers to Bali, the Bali Mandira was a wonderful introduction to this beautiful island. Located close to the beach and within walking distance to both Kuta & Semminyak, we had the best of both worlds. A comfortable resort to spend time in with our young children, who swam their days away. We will definitely be back.

The resort was beautiful, the location perfect, the amenities were always clean and maintained and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Hopefully we will be back.

Amazing breakfasts. Fantastic location right on the beach. Perfect for families with sandy pool, loads of lawns and gardens, shady poolside, good service. Family rooms a little basic and dated, but clean and comfortable. For some weird reason there are stairs to reach the lifts in the family wing, not pram friendly. Kids club basic and not very inviting

We love lazing by the pool everyday in the cabana we hired, well worth the money. Staff were very friendly and food was great.

This was the fourth time we’ve been at Bali Mandira and it remains a great place to stay suitable for couples and families.

Our ten day stay in Bali was everything we thought it would be. Mandira beach resort was excellent on so many levels. Relaxing, service, people. I would recommend it to everyone.

Was a lovely resort. Great location not that we ventured out much. Was perfect to spend some time with my wife and daughter and not need to leave the resort.

We recently enjoyed an amazing stay with Bali Mandira.
The rooms are clean, modern and air conditioned.
Clean towels, sheets and room make up everyday. Fresh bottled water provided daily and porter service for luggage also provided.
Restaurant has a wide variety of fresh food daily.
Kids club is provided free of charge on the premises and runs from 9am until 5pm daily including the weekends.
All staff members work tirelessly and are always smiling and happy.
A beautiful resort. Highly recommend. ++ Thank you.

This was our first trip to Bali for my wife Raelene and I. We were extremely happy with everything the Bali Mandira Beach Resort & Spa had to offer and the service they provided. We also renewed our wedding vows at the resort, which Rya and her team did an amazing job in organizing everything for us for the ceremony and a romantic dinner. We would definitely stay at Bali Mandira Beach Resort & Spa again.

Friendly Staff, Lush Gardens, Great Pool and Restraunts.
Great value for money.
For us, there were too many families, with Children.
This property is excellent for families with Children, but we still love Mandira!

I cannot praise the Bali Mandira enough for their outstanding service.
The pool facilities are amazing and the breakfast is incredible!
I would have loved a gym onsite but that is a minor detail.
If you are looking for an all rounder then Bali Mandira is the choice for you.
The manager Ray is amazing and very hands on in making sure all customers are happy and looked after. Very approachable and always present.
The rooms are clean and tidy abd for Bali standards very lovely however not fancy. Just the basics.
I would definitely suggest staying close to the pools on the deluxe cottages if possible. Location is perfect for vicinity to the pool, breakfast/restaurant and reception but the rooms aren’t noisy at all.
Close to near by popular restaurants and beach as well as some good street shopping.

Excellent location. Pool area beautiful. Maintained to a high standard. Staff are just beautiful & appear very happy to be working at the Bali Mandirah. Breakfast has anything to suit your appetite.

Bali Mandira Resort great location in Legian. Right on the beach and handy to all main shops and restaurants. Pools great, will miss sitting on beach for sunset in the bean bags. Always a lot of fun. Staff great , nothing was ever a problem. We actually lost a special earring and realised this after we checked out of one of the rooms. Staff came and helped us find it and it was found in the vaccum cleaner. They went through everything to help find it. Very grateful to them. Would stay there again as location was perfect for all of us.

We loved this hotel. The pool and slides were perfect for both kids and adults. There were also multiple options for dining and quiet access to the beach.

The only thing I could say is that the wifi in room 411 which is straight behind reception did not work. Room absolutely stunning, when arriving 2 beautiful bunches of roses were there for my anniversary and husbands birthday. Club benefits need to provide maybe scotch or bourbon. Apart from these minor details the staff were fantastic and if wifi was resolved I would definitely stay again. Thank you Mandira for making our stay enjoyable and Agus from the Azul beach club at brekkie and Jeffrey from the club lounge. Thank you so much

The Mandira is conveniently located. The resort is not too big, but not too small. Management and staff were friendly and relaxed. Great breakfast buffet, pools and restaurants. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday with all the family.

Great location and staff wonderful. Very noisy at the moment with renovations going on in the high rise, everything that can be done to help at this time, is. A new manager has been employed two months ago and the difference from last year to this is amazing. People not staying at the resort can no longer access the pool with security, assuring this. We are stayed 3 times, booked through you, and will again. Thank you.

The Hotel was a nice place to holiday, the room that we were given was lovely and if we book to go again next year will request the same room.
There was one hiccup and that was part of the resort was being refurbished, and we encountered noise under our room. I must be fair and say that the staff did everything they could to make it up to us, to get us away from the noise during work time, so we were really grateful for that. The Hotel is very nice and in a great spot for everyone, even the bus comes to the hotel for shopping venues. Hope to go again next year.

This resort is amazing! Beautiful, clean and very tidy gardens. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back! Staff are all very friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely stay, staff are absolutely amazing, so kind and accommodating and just wanted to make us happy. We stayed on the first floor and had no balcony, which made the room feel too small with 4 of us and also made drying swimmers and towels a challenge. Room was also very noisy due to location next to stairs and noise from room above. There are some safety issues including the stairs near our room 9116. The stairs are worn and could use some tread or some form of safety stripe. I had a pretty bad fall down the stairs and injured my lower back and shoulder. I also other, including adults slip and fall on the stepping stones around the pool area (while walking). The wooden deck around the pool needs nails hammered in, moss removed from steps near the baby pool, and some of the wooden panels should be replaced as are trip hazards and splinter hazards. Towel system, especially for families was a nightmare, please change this! There were so many others we could overhear also complaining about it, there has to be a better way to allocate towels.
Overall, great locations, gardens and dinning areas (resort food was excellent!!) were perfect and again the staff make this place!

We had a fantastic 2 week stay at the mandira, all the staff were amazing happy an friendly we had lots of laughs with them, breakfast buffet was great, our kids loved this resort. Rooms were comfortable a little dated but overall nice, quite expensive but we will definitely be back!

Staff are very friendly and helpful I cannot fault them they helped us in every way from reception to house keeping to the staff in the restaurants. This hotel is designed perfectly for families the pool is set up great for all ages. Location is perfect for all the action and it on the beach front. We can’t wait to go back

Rooms are pretty good. Pool menu and food has improved 100% from past visit. Evening meals are smorgasbord type, we usually explored local dining which is getting close to Aussie standards. Remember it's Bali and they run to their way of doing things.

This resort is in a great location opposite the beach and right near the shopping and restaurants. The waterslides are fantastic to entertain the kids, the kids club is very basic but the staff were lovely. Rooms are a little expensive, we stayed in the superior rooms which are at the back of the resort so had to walk to pool and restaurants etc. Would happily stay here again but would definitely try and upgrade to the rooms closer to the pool.

We stayed a week at the Mandira and it didn't disappoint. Top of the list is its location right on the beach and only steps from great restuarants and shopping. Walking distance to waterbom and most clubs and pubs. The pools were amazing and swim up bar was our fav. The rooms were clean and room service very fast. The staff eager to please and very friendly. Drinks, meeting new people and enjoying the sunsets at Azul and Barong bar/resturants was lovely. When we go back to Bali we wont bother looking for anywhere else to stay. :D
