Great place to stay in Airlie beach, perfect location, right on the edge of town overlooking the water, but not in the middle of all the backpackers and nightclubs, hotel was clean and had a great pool. The hotel itself had heaps of dining and beverage options right there which was great, all be it a little pricey. Only thing I could fault was on the description it said they offered free transfers to the Port, but when I asked the staff they said, they haven't done that for 2 years, disappointing, but they did book us a cab. Overall highly recomend
This hotel was perfect in every way! The room was clean and bathroom was big. We had a mountain view room and it was especially picturesque at night.
We were walking distance to everything, the lagoon pool, shops, supermarket, restaurants and marina etc.
The only fault was that you have to keep the bathroom door closed when showering so you don't set off the fire alarms, the bathroom turns into a sauna! This could easily be fixed by replacing the existing smoke detectors with thermal detectors.
Fantastic that the Hotel was so close to the Port of Airlie across the road from Whitsundays Travel as we were heading out on Catamaran the next day .
Only problem was ..we were woken up at about 2am by young adult in room next door yelling out to people in pool .
More that adequate accommodation.
Really recommend this accommodation
Great hotel, friendly staff, food recommended/in partnership with the hotel is shocking. Poor value for money, quality of food and service.
We thought it was great for us, nice and central, everybody at the hotel were lovely and helpful, the room was clean and serviced daily and we enjoyed the pool.
We loved our stay at Airlie Beach hotel. It was the perfect location for us because we were able to walk to everything (including the port of Airlie for a mini cruise) with our 4 year old and didn't need a stroller or anything. We LOVED the beautiful park/playground/pool area that we discovered hiding behind the main street shops as well and just wish that we would have known about that before our last afternoon in town.
We didn't have any issues at the hotel, and their free parking garage was fabulous. We didn't have to worry about our car since there isn't much parking along the busy street. The dining options are good (even if a bit pricey), and the 3 main restaurants that surround the hotel allow guests of the hotel to "take away" food, which was a nice perk.
The staff was quite friendly, and the one issue that we had with a TV that didn't want to function properly was taken care of really quickly.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again at this hotel if we holiday here again.
Great place to stay. In the heart of Airlie Beach, close to everything.
Happy with the room and service at the hotel, Airlie beach hotel really is the hub of Airlie beach. Three restaurants at hotel's doorstep, hotel pool, short walk to the lagoon pool in the park. The hotel's perfectly located with only a short walk to the marina as well.
Beautiful ocean view room. Big and clean bathroom. Good services plus partner restaurants downstairs. Close to everything. Good price, stay 3 pay 2 nights.
We had a great at Airlie Beach Hotel, the location is absolutely perfect, almost right on the beach and many restaurants and cafes near by. Except for the bathrooms being old, the rooms were great as well.
We stayed overnight before heading out to the islands and it was perfect for this. They were revovating the pool at the time but this didn't bother us as we were only around the hotel for one morning really. It was clean and easily accessable to all parts of Airlie Beach.
